We stayed in the Meadow site last weekend with a group of friends and their children. The facilities were great. The kitchen was lovely and clean and plenty of room for us all to eat together. Each accommodation had use of its own bath/shower room with toilet. We had 17 children with us ranging in age from 5 months up to age 11 and they all had an absolute ball in the open spaces. We stayed in the Sunset Lodge and we were warm enough at night despite the chillier September temperatures. There were hot water bottles provided and extra duvets or blankets if requested. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings toasting marshmallows. Kyra was very welcoming and gave us lots of information about takeaways, caterers and places to visit in the area. I would definitely return with a group of us again. It was a fantastic weekend.

We rented the whole site for a hen party this weekend and it was nothing short of incredible. The hobbit houses were clean, warm and absolutely adorable (very instagramable). It was perfect for a hen party as we didn't have to worry about noise. We got the weekend catered by Danielle Quinlan and wow! Her food was divine with so many options. We had to take home some of her recipes for the guests. I can't recommend this place enough!

Great trip overall. Glamping site was well kept and very safe for kids to explore and play in. Our tent had it's own BBQ and Chiminea and was great to have the option of doing our own thing. Recommend!

We stayed in the new Stargazer hut in the Hobbit village, with our two kids aged 2 and 4. We had a fantastic time, the facilities are excellent. The beds were really comfortable and en suite was an added bonus. The communal kitchen/dining hall has everything you'll need for self catering, including bbq's and covered outdoor dining area. There's lots to discover in the surrounding area to keep the kids occupied. Highly recommended!

This is our 5th summer visiting the amazing glamping under the stars and once again, there isn’t a single thing I would change. My children 10&7 absolutely adore it. Kyra is so lovely and helpful, and the site itself is just magical. We stayed in the Shepard’s Delight this year and it was so warm and cosy, the glamp kitchen is just the cutest and has everything you can imagine. The personal bbq’s and chimnea’s are an extra special touch this year. Kyra provided us with so many ideas for places to visit in the area we ended up booking an extra night to squeeze as much in as possible this year 😍 Can’t wait to return

Had a really lovely time here, we stayed in the starry night tent with our 2 toddlers. The facilities are really good, it is very well maintained and it is such a nice and peaceful spot with amazing views.

We spent 2nights in Sept in Blue Skies Bell Tent, and we had a wonderful stay. It was a magical experience for all 3 of daughters age 2-7. They loved the spacious tent and comfy beds. The host Kyra was lovely and very accommodating, they have gone to great lengths this year to introduce social distancing measures including utensils and cool box stored in each tent/yurt. The decor of each area is boutique and cute and i loved it!! Kyra sent on so much useful info for things to do locally as well. It really was a fabulous experience and we will definitely recommend and be back!!

Amazing. If you want a totally tranquil getaway in amazing surroundings built with great imagination, then Glamping Under The Stars is definitely for you. It is the best kept, well run site I think I've ever been to. Everything you could possibly need is here here. And the individual bathrooms are a real treat. "It's camping Jim but not as we know it!" And I like it 🤩

Spent 3 nights in the " moonrise " have to say one of the most magical and relaxing breaks I have had. Kyra has done everything you could possibly think of to make your stay one of a kind. Highly recommend a stay here, will definitely be back !!!!

We had such a wonderful time at this amazing campsite which I booked out for a hen party! The facilities are great with comfortable beds, a fully decked out kitchen, proper toilet facilities and a brilliant BBQ and campfire area. Kyra was so helpful and suggested so many great activities for our stay. We booked Lesley for some festival glam and Cormac for a sing song that lasted well into the night, it was such craic! Definitely recommend just make sure on the colder nights you light the stove fires nice and early to keep the cabins warm well into the night!

We had a blast at Glamping Under the Stars. We booked it for a hen on, what turned out to be, one of the wettest days of the summer so far. Thanks to Kyra's thoughtfulness, the wet weather didn't matter a bit. When we arrived, the stove was already lighting and the kitchen/dining area was lovely and warm. There were also hot water bottles and extra blankets available for everyone. The tents were very comfortable and warm. They looked magical with their fairy lights on at night. The whole camp ground is beautifully presented but the kitchen is the star. It's perfect for entertaining; lots of seating, BBQ, two gas hobs, fridge/freezer and all your delf and utensils provided. This is definitely glamorous camping! Can't say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely be back.

Such an amazing place to stay. I booked the glampsite for 16 of us for a hen party and it was so incredible. Kyra was available for all queries before arrival and so helpful. The glampsite is so well kitted out with everything you would need and the accomodation is so cosy. We booked cormac to play guitar by the campfire and he was amazing, definetely would recommend this as it made our evening. Super place!!

Would highly recommend! Facilities are fab, and area is spotless. I was here on a hem weekend but I would definitely recommend for families and kids too. The only thing I would say is make sure you have everything you need as a shop is about twenty minutes away.

First time glampers, we went with 4 kids, ages 10 -6-4-3 , what a great time, we had, couldn't fault the facilities, toilets and showers shining, glamp kitchen shining also, we stayed In the sunset, I'm sure that's the name (😃) ,very cosy and a little stove with wood to burn if it got cold, we will be back, thank you to all for our lovely adventure, Jenny and Edwina.
