My husband and I ordered a BESPOKE AIRSTREAM CATERING TRAILER as shop #1 in our new mobile coffee business. This was completely new to us, owning a business but also ordering something of this magnitude from another country and unknowingly just before the COVID closures shut down everything. As you can imagine, the delay and inability to move forward was challenging and extremely hard at times but Kevin was willing to have consistent conversations with us regarding what was being done and where we stood at any given moment. As difficult as it was to have all of this happening halfway around the world and not being able to just pop in and check and having to trust that all was going as expected, Kevin's feedback and ownership of the situation made it much more manageable. He went above and beyond to reassure us and we were so grateful. Our gorgeous trailer arrived just as we were told it would, and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship and design. Like I said, this was a first for us so if it is for you too, do yourself and Reward Catering a favor and make sure that you understand all of the details from your end first and then clarify with them. We got there in the end, but we certainly could have handled it differently. Grateful for the relationship we have cultivated. We will definitely order shop #2 from them, for sure!
