E. M.I came in last minute needing a black suit for a funeral. John in store was not only very helpful, but a genuinely nice person in assisting me getting a suit together that fit fantasticly. An amazing suit at a reasonable price considering the high quality of it. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. I will be heading back here to try and find a new 3 piece suit as soon as I can!
B. H.I came across this store during my visit to Dublin in October 2021. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Daniel Stack who assisted me very professionally with explaining details of each brand of clothing I picked up to see. I ended up buying a winter jacket he recommended and he found another jacket from another store that I liked. Daniel Stack was awesome.
P. L.I went into Louie Copelands on Wicklow st today. Asked if my suit trouser could be taken in for a slimmer look. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. They got it done in a couple of hours. And because I had bought the suit previously in Louie Copelands Galway there didn’t even charge me. Even though it was some years ago. First class service!!

A. O. H.Went to Copelands for my wedding suit and to say the service was exceptional would be a gross understatement. Geoff, Dave and Jack all helped to make sure my suit was ready for the big day and looked A1. Through my own fault entirely I managed to rip my suit trousers the week before my wedding day and Geoff still found a way to get me sorted with a new pair of trousers. Copelands isn't a suit shop its a Dublin institution. You go to Hodges Figgis for a book, Keoghs for a pint of Guinness, Grogans for a ham and cheese (and a second pint of Guinness) and Copelands for a suit.
C. B.The level of customer service in Copelands is always excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and wanting to meet/exeed expectations. A great example of a customer-focused retail business. Online, they deliver outside Ireland too, so handy for gifting abroad or for expats!
R. M.This shop is obviously the best in the business for suits. This is without question. But their service goes well beyond that. My wife, daughter and I went there today so I could buy suits for work. We were downstairs and for some reason we couldn’t part the pram with the seat the baby was asleep in, Derek who works downstairs offered to take care of the baby while I did my business upstairs. Where in this day and age would you get such an offer of genuine kindness. Anyway, all went well, we all got upstairs to John Byrne and were looked after us like royalty. I was advised on the right suits that were best for me and they were altered to me exactly. My wife was even given a cup of coffee made fresh. This just isn’t the best shop to buy suits from, the service they offer is second to none. I would give 6 stars if I could. The fact that John is there 20 years tells it’s own story. Thanks for all the help lads. I will keep coming back.
J. O. M.Simply Dublin most respected tailors. Family run place with a great pedigree and tradition. Known for their bespoke suits but also has a great range of men's more casual clothes. Even though of the highest quality their tailoring is at the same price as their competitors. They know what they are about, the real deal. No job too small either, I brought my work uniform in recently and they fixed it up for a perfect fit at a very reasonable price. This is the place to go to if you want to look good and have professionals do it 👍

This is unparalleled customer service. Additionally the packaging and the sealed envelope thanking me for my custom was a very pleasant surprise. We walked in and were assisted by the man at the front who asked how he could help. When we described the coat my husband wanted, he said he'd take a look upstairs and walked away. He came back down with a coat in the style he was looking for and more importantly it fit perfectly. The man who ad found the right coat and the other who helped with our checkout were friendly, kind and helpful. I would recommend them to any friend in Dublin in need of a coat.
