Central location. Very spacious apartments. Friendly staff. Would definately recommend. We had a hens party and really enjoyed this facility. Even tea coffee sugar milk available. Will be back again soon with family. Very dpacious kitchen andbdining area

Absolutely Amazing, we booked a 2 bed apartment for 4 of us and when we arrived we where shocked we got a 2 bedroom house right next door to the B&B. Full sitting room qnd kitchen 2 beautiful bedroom with en suites. Smart TVs in each room and living room which was great for the kids as we could just log into netflix at night. Place was so clean and house keeping came in everyday to freshing up. Central to city and 5 minute walk from Athlone Castle. Loads of coffee shops and places to eat locally. We will be back again. Thank you 😊

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night. We arrived earlier than expected. Aoife was very accomodating in giving us an early check in. Breakfast was lovely. The woman who prepared our breakfast/room (I'm so sorry, we didn't catch your name!) on 08/06/2 was friendly and so welcoming. All in all, a great experience. Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff, free parking, delicious breakfast - what more can you ask for?

We stayed in Arch house for 5 nights when we first moved to Athlon.. the owner is so nice and helpful.. understandable to our situation and did his best to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend stay.

It's just an average place to stay. Since hospitality industry changes are lot on the fly, I found that Sheraton(max 50 mtrs from this) room was costing me 10 euros more than what I was paying here. So I moved there. Breakfast wise, again average nothing special or extra. Athlone is a much cheaper place compared to other small towns in Ireland, but this place is not. This place has an advantage of location and proximity to other places. Coming to rooms, they were relatively small, I was not able to accommodate 2 large suitcases in the room properly. Wifi is below average, I was not able to view youtube video without lag/buffering.

This was my first time staying here. I had one of the apartments which I found very comfortable and warm. It is nice and quiet at the apartments. They well kept and are cleaned daily. Thanks to all the staff/members at the arch house B&B and apartments 👍👍

I stayed in the Arch house for 3 weeks and it was mostly a great experience. The breakfast in the morning is great and the staff were always chatty as if they knew me. At one point the room I was put into wasn't cleaned. The bed was unmade and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. I left a note and the owner apologised. Its also very central to town which is great.

An absolutely perfect stay, was in a two-bed apartment with 4 friends. Apartment 8 I think. Lots of space, bright, clean, warm, nicely decorated. Not good if you were disabled because it was up a flight of stairs, but manageable. Thanks to Luba for the friendly welcome too.

We stayed for just one night and we were sorry we weren't staying longer. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and the breakfast extremely satisfying. The establishment is also very well located so close to the centre of town. We weren't sure how they did it all for such a reasonable price. Very impressed with the highly competent breakfast staff and the warm and welcoming approach of the Manager towards her guests. We will recommend this place most strongly to others. I took one star away because of the 2 flights of stairs. Not great when you are disabled. Immaculate clean and very up to date decorated and furniture . Maureen and her husband were lovely genuine people. Mohammed was nice too...

This is very central location so perfect for seeing anyone town. We walked to the river tour, athlone castle, seans bar, luan exhibition and even Tesco as we went with the self catering option. The two bed apartment was very nice, towels and bed linen provided with cleaning done every day. Staff were very friendly. Will recommend to all my friends.

We spent the night of 19 March 2018 in a B&B room at Arch House. Excellent accommodation, lovely welcome by reception lady, room en-suite is well appointed and very comfortable, good off street parking and good breakfast - the only not so great ... instant coffee at breakfast. We were part of a large group that rented several of the apartments over two nights. The apartments were spacious and comfortable and the location was also excellent. Maureen and Chris were very accommodating hosts in catering for a large group and communication was excellent throughout.

We stayed in Arch House for a hen weekend - we had 2 apartments between 11 of us. The apartments were modern and clean and very spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable and someone came to clean and change towels etc the morning after we arrived. The staff were lovely and friendly and the organisation of the weekend couldn't have been made easier by Maureen Flynn one of the owners. The apartments are very central and I would recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Athlone.

The square footage is impressive and lots of room to move. Stairs to get to some of the larger apartments and that's the only reason for the 4 stars. Service is incredible and breakfast was delicious. Location can't be beat with pubs and a local grocery steps away.

Good place to stay in if you're visiting Athlone less than a week. It's nearby Athlone railway station and Athlone bus stop. You have Athlone town centre and Dunne's nearby if you need to go shopping or for food. It's also very happening place during night. So if you want to cheer up during night it's good place to be in as most of Athlone goes to sleep by 9PM. It's also nearby Shannon river if you want to go for a jog. Most importantly if you have to buy anything at 10PM you can walk upto Tesco
