Amazing spot , just 10 minutes from the lake, I really recommend you to stop there and grab a cup of tea, brownies.. they have ice cream, sandwich , soup ... everything was nice and homemade.
Lovely place for family 🐕👪, or just friends.
Just go ☺️😉

An amazing spot with stunning views. The most delicious sandwich I've ever had. And the coffee was just perfect. What a gem 💎 💙

A delightful surprise to visit the cafe and farmers market on a Sunday. Lovely products and bought hand turned wood snowman in aid of Wicklow Lifeboats and some homemade marmalade, chilli jam and damson.

Warm ambience both outside and inside! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good selection of sandwiches, pizza etc. I had toasted goatscheese and beetroot sandwich on sourdough. Soup was homemade and delicious . We'll definitely be back.

On the return from Djouce (where we had ice rain and a lot of wind), we stopped at this cafe to warm up.
The first thing we noticed that ALL customers were seated in their coats...
We were cold waiting.
There was 1 member of staff serving at the counter.
We changed our mind to just have a takeaway coffee as it was way warmer in the car.
It's a shame that there was no heating or fireplace on as we'd have loved to stick around for a bit. The guy at the counter was in Tshirt but probably didn't feel the cold running around as only staff member and being next to the hot coffee machine!
Nice coffee though, slight notes of chocolate in it. The member of staff, once we got served, was friendly too.

We had carrot and sweet potato soup, mozzarella and pesto toastie, both with sourdough, and coffee. All were really delicious and service was friendly. Was pleased that the guy serving wore his mask properly and continuously. Will be back soon

had a lovely afternoon in this charming place, there was something for all the family, the kids were delighted with the delicious potato and fennel soup with toastie cheeses and then yummy Ice cream in so many great flavours and toppings that kept them sweet and smiling for hours, there was a great big green area where we could eat outside and the kids could run about and play . I had a hot chocolate that was really good and the toasted sandwiches were so good and warming too. I could not resist a doughnut and I am glad I did it was filled with slated caramel and was so good , I will defiantly be going back and arranging to meet friends there as it a great place to hang out and meet friends as there is so much space .

Good for take away, not indoor seating,as you don't get any cups or plates. Otherwise good coffee and treats.
