I had a meeting in tullow, so I stopped off in Thrive cafe and I was given a warm welcome like a regular customer with a very sweet service. I got the sambo which was a meal in itself. Tasted amazing. Looking forward to me next stop off in Thrive cafe.

Excellent food and wonderful staff. Really friendly and helpful, even gave us a free chicken broth drink while we were waiting for our order! If you are in Tullow, you owe it to yourself to stop here. Also, their coffee is made from a different bean and tastes amazing!

Amazing little gem. Huge range of healthy options. Loads of teas and remedies, 5 star service. Treated like royalty from time we arrived. Beautiful food and coffee, attentive staff on hand to offer service and advise. Will definitely be back!!

What a hidden gem, no wonder they have award certificates for great business! It feels more like you are being welcomed as a guest into someone's home than a cafe. The lovely, friendly and professional young lady who served us was such a pleasure to deal with as was the chef who created such a tasty healthy breakfast. What a surprise to find this level of service in this day in age! There was such a great vibe in the cafe and every detail from the table salt to the handmade soaps and deodorants available made it obvious this place is very eco conscious. Would definitely highly recommend.

Some places you go to with high expectations. This is one of those places having read reviews. I exceeded those expectations by miles. The staff were amazing the food so delicious every single detail was perfect and we left very impressed. Well done guys the place looks amazing. We will come back for sure. :)

Great staff, helpful & friendly. We ordered tea & cakes (gluten free carrot cake) and as we were a little fragile from our night in Dublin the chap gave us a free detox tea to try...highly recommended!

The food was absolutely amazing and the staff are so lovely and friendly. Such a little gem right in the centre of the town. I'll definitely be back very soon.

Had the healthy kebab, pretty spot on, could have had a little bit more yoghurt but was great in fairness. Filling without feeling bad! Coffee is from 3fe so it is top notch. Get in and get a bite and a coffee. I would avoid the healthy cola as it is pretty bad. Not their fault, it's a subjective thing! Great change for the town, badly needed. Support local.
