D. C.This is a cafe that is located in the Clonmel train station, it’s run completely by volunteers, usually men who have some military background.
The cafe itself is more set up to cater for the passengers of the buses and the odd trains that stop here. there are about 4-5 tables and the cafe is kept clean, the men who run this cafe are all very nice and engaging, And are happy to talk about anything. I got a pot of tea and a scone here and it was fine. No doubt the initial impression people will get upon entering Wil put some off. It is not a Costa or Starbucks!! It’s run by volunteers!! Who work here for free!!
It’s a fantastic idea, and everyone involved should be very proud!!
