A. C.8/3/21. Today I was at the Douglas bean and leaf coffee shop, there were two employees working, one at the till and the one making the coffee. The lovely girl at the coffee respectfully asked the customer if they had their mask with them, the way the man replied to her was unnecessary rude. She then tried to explain how he could wait outside the next time he visited and she would go up to him ask him for his order especially just for his safety and other costumers safety. The man began to ask and question the girl on how it was making other people uncomfortable, he then started telling the girl how he was doing whatever he believed in with a very bad manner. Just writing this review to let you know, I genuinely felt bad for the girl, the way he treated her was awful. she was so patient with him, was also so respectful and calmed at all times no matter what. even after he was so rude for literally no reason. Just because they are employees does not mean they have to go through this and put up with this kind of people. After all the service, and the coffees were amazing, I've enjoyed it a lot. But just felt bad for the girl cause I could see him ruin her mood. People should be aware of what's happening all around the world, just cause they don't believe in the virus doesn't mean they could walk around without a face covering on and making everyone feel unsafe, PLUS be rude to the employees when they nicely ask u to have your mask on. The virus has had the power to kill thousands of people, and some people still do not believe that it's something serious, ridiculous. Thank you for you're service, nice coffees and cakes and thank you to that poor girl who had to go through that by herself!

J. A. B.It was ok lovely products like cakes coffee tea milkshakes. But it be great if they could advertise their products better. Like a outdoor menu for people to look at before entering the shop. Because when you are inside the shop sometimes the sunlight makes it difficult to see the menu properly and promote it on Facebook.

K. B.The best mocha in Cork! The place have very friendly staff, it's very cosy. All their coffee are very good but mocha is just the best. Also the have normal prices not like some other pla es where you pay for the brand. Nice choice of pastries too.
