G. T.Came here last Saturday after seeing how gorgeous the place looked on insta! It was quite busy, ordered Nutella hot chocolate and cappuccino along with lemon and blueberry square and peanut and chocolate one.
The temperature of the drinks was unacceptable. On the verge of lukewarm. I understand they were busy but I'd expect our hot drinks to be warm. I'm no Karen either like I usually leave my coffee to sit for 10 minutes to cool down but I didn't today and it was only slightly above room temperature. Such a shame.
The treats were gorgeous though.
Reply : I can assure you it was not heated to 69 degrees Celsius. I've been a barista for 3 years.
O. N.Box D is such an amazing concept and idea: drive through or pick up and go. The lads here are super friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee is outstanding as well as their snacks.
Definitely visit here and go for a walk along River Lee.
It is wheelchair accessible. You will need to wear a mask when visiting the shop.
