We ordered hot food, sandwiches deserts and a cake for a celebration for my son. The hot food was still piping when we got home with it and the presentation was amazing. The sandwiches were cut into nice manageable sizes to enjoy without needing a sit down situation as were the deserts. Everyone was delighted with the food and almost everyone enquired as to where it came from. It suited kids and the vegetarian guests. The cake was designed beautifully without many questions from Caroline, the brief was simple and the cake really impressed. It was really freshly made and was demolished by the end of the day. Thanks so much to Caroline and all the staff at the floury apron.

Had the floury apron make our son's christening cake in June along with sandwich platters and his first birthday cake in September. Personalised chocolate biscuit cake. Absolutely delicious both times. We will definitely order again. Great service.

Ordered a cake for my son’s christening and it was delicious! It was also personalised decorated beautifully with his name. I ordered gf brownies too which were really tasty. A beautiful selection of cakes and sandwiches and good coffee in this cafe always.

On our way to west Cork my family and I visited The floury apron for breakfast. The cafe was recommended by a friend of mine who lives in Ballincollig. The place was spotlessly clean and staffed by lovely friendly staff. It was busy during our stay and the food was delicious. The price was reasonable too. I would highly recommend here for breakfast or brunch

Went for lunch on Wednesday. Had black pudding sausage roll with salad. Very filling and really good. Tried one of their historic coconut & raspberry slices and it was delish. As I said about this establishment last time I went, the cappuccino is still the best around. Other coffee outlets should come here to see how it's done particularly a certain coffee shop in the Winthrop Arcade. Had a coffee there recently and the coffee beans were burnt and the coffee itself was so hot I nearly ended up in A&E.

Gorgeous little cafe with a great selection of food for breakfast and lunch, all reasonably priced. It's beautifully decorated and is modern yet cosy. We had the breakfast baps and the homemade relish is unbelievable. Highly recommend!

This came as a pleasant surprise. For light tasty bites this is the place to go. Off the main street by aib bank in Balincollig Co Cork try it it is well placed lovely archway on approach it is part of a nice environment. Food is novel and tasty at reasonable prices. A welcoming service. An enhancement to Balincollig.

It's a really nice cafe. The breakfast and lunch menus are lovely and the Badger and Dodo coffee is delicious. Hopefully they do well as Ballincollig is in dire need of nice, sit down cafes.
