My old simple espresso maker finally died after 10 years and it was time for a proper home office, caffeine addict upgrade :) Found a great machine on Velo's store for a good price, shipped the same day, delivered the next ... working day saved. Even included two bags of free coffee and other goodies. Awesome service!

After 2 years with a Nespresso Latissima Touch I decided it was time to try the next level of coffee making! Having spent quite a bit of time looking at different options and retailers I decided to go with Velo Coffee Roasters based in Co Cork. Velo were great to deal with right from the outset, both on the phone and over email. When I purchased my new machine, a De'Longhi La Specialista Arte, Velo arranged a call with a De'Longhi barista who talked me through how to use the machine for my own specific needs. All in all a great experience with a company who are actually interested in their customers!

I love this coffee! It’s so handy that you can pick it up in several supermarkets, unlike other leading market brands in Ireland which are harder to get! Started off getting their coffee from Aldi which was so good that I jumped onto their website to try some of their other selections. I ended up getting 2 different selections with an Aeropress . The Areopress really brings out the flavours of the coffee which are delicious. The coffee is as described, in that you can taste the different flavour notes and it is so fresh that I'm surprised that it was still not warm from the roaster. The service & delivery from Velo Coffee was quick and efficient and I look forward to trying their other blends.

Bought my coffee machine from Velo a few months ago. Velo sent me a few bags of coffee to try with the machine, which was both unexpected and lovely. However, as unexpected as that was, I couldn't have foreseen what happened next - coffee machine, bags of beans and I all upped sticks and moved to Nigeria where I now enjoy my BMX and Tandem blends on a balcony overlooking the hills of Abuja. I originally bought from Velo because they're an Irish (Cork-based!) coffee company and I wanted to keep my money in the country during lockdown. I come back to Velo and have it shipped to sub-Saharan Africa because of their customer service, their fantastic delivery times, and most importantly, the incredible taste of their coffee. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.

Excellent Customer Service Skills and great order experience ! On top of great coffee too :) I ordered 2 different coffee makers and 2 different coffees ( tandem & morning Fixie ), despite a slight Covid Delay on the delivery, everything arrived and I was delighted. Not only was my order there but some extra goodies too which is much appreciated ! The coffee taste delicious and I can't recommend it enough, no surprises that they got picked by Aldi for it :) I was delighted you could order different grind size specifically for each coffee machine. This definitely made a difference to not have residue at the bottom of the cup and also no bitter taste from a bad mix of grind size/machine. Moreover, I was amazed at the quality of their follow-up and customer skills, got an e-mail to thank me for my business separate to my order summary, but also got a great follow-up through messenger.
