Just been there now, at first , girl called Larissa should learn how to wear a mask properly, girl who was doing my coffee (Megan) spilled a but over my cup so I asked Larissa for napkins as I wanted to clean my cup. Well she was very annoyed by the fact I asked for napkins even though I had to clean up by cup after it was handed to me very dirty. And also I would not need to do it if they just fill up napkins so customers can help themselves. Very disappointed

The brand says everything. The only down is that, it takes time to get the coffee. It can be because of the Covid restrictions or the less staffs in the store. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star.

Edwardo was my barista today (24th July 21) and he was so friendly and welcoming even though he was up against it with just him and the female barista who was on with him as the queue was particularly long when I went in. What really stood out to me was how patient and good he was with the young boy who was directly behind me in the queue. He really went above and beyond with him and made sure to put a smile on the young boys face.

Try hot chocolate for sure! Try to take loyalty card online which gives you one coffe free when taking 9. Free chocolates are delicious. Place is comfortable and friendly. You may rest sfter your shopping to chat with friends.

Their chocolates are pretty good and their hot beverages are really good. I'm not one for fancy flavoured lattes (always feel like they sound great but are actually weak and I can only taste sugared milk), but Butlers' ones are an exception for me. They really do taste great and you can feel the chocolatey goodness! Lattes are great but the Dark hot chocolate is my favorite. This is a small café but I'd say you can get most of Butlers range here.

I am a fan of Butler's hot chocolate but one thing that they need to really work on is in maintaining the consistency of sugar in Hot Chocolate. Sometimes they can be very sweet. So if they could set a standard and follow it, that'd save them many disappointed customers.

Amazing hot chocolate and White Mocha. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were served by Rodolfo. He recommended us to have a hazelnut truffle with the coffees. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Butlers Chocolate Café at Jervis Street serves delicious hot chocolate drinks. Each order of hot beverage comes with a complimentary chocolate truffle of your choosing. For a change, I had the hot white chocolate drink (instead of my regular hot chocolate), with a salted caramel truffle. I dropped the chocolate into my drink, allowed it to melt and voila, the drink became even more chocolatey-good. Would recommend the hot beverages here to anyone in the area.
