Lovely people. Great food. The price is about as good as you'd get in Dublin. I usually get an Irish Breakfast there that would fill you up no problem. Lasagne wasn't bad either

Great service, Fairly good value for money, great cappuccino and chai latte got from there. The hot food and salad I got were fine.. Away from main road, it's quieter away from the tram. Can recommend.

Bit expensive, but it is City Centre. Lovely place to grab a bite. Delicious cakes on offer. The mocha is gorgeous. Overall my favourite spot for coffee when im in town.

Best breakfast in Dublin.
The owners and staff are super friendly.
The breakfast is amazingly, good portions for a great price. The bacon is nice and thick, proper pieces of bacon. Always cooked really well.
We always stop here :)

I’ve been there 3 times and every single time the food was delicious. Also the coffee and cakes are super! Walked in town to find a place similar but didn’t find any so I had to come back.

Cheap for full breakfast...big cup of coffee. Average quality of food and service. The atmosphere is friendly. I will come back.

Nestled in between shops near the turn from Abbey Street into O'Connell Street, Cafe Crema (formerly known as Cafe Aroma) is quiet, simple and excellently staffed. One of the cheapest full breakfasts that I've ever paid for in Dublin, the food was well prepared, delicious and was hot throughout. My tea was delivered to my table first quickly followed by my breakfast. From the point when I left the counter after paying to starting to eat, I don't think more than five minutes had passed. The staff are pleasant and move so quickly about their tasks. Design wise, the shop is a straight run, with the counter on your left as you come into the shop. There are newspapers if you're in need of something to read. There's Wifi and the current password should be displayed somewhere (if not, just ask the staff). If the open door onto Abbey Street does not suit you, the cafe has further seating at the back which is in a recessed area so excessive sound isn't a problem. One word of warning: their toilets are located downstairs so if you're in a wheel chair or have reduced mobility, this place may not be for you. One of the nicest discoveries you can make going through Dublin city centre, I think this will be my summer haunt this year.

Quick and nice if you want to relax and chill , only problem was wooden sits are not comfy to sit on for a long time especially if your there for a good while. Nothing bad to say :):)

Ok place , coffee is ok , food too. Not a charming place where you would like to sit down and relax with a book or spend hours with friends to drink coffee but perfect if you are hungry and want a bite to eat while shopping
