I really couldn’t resist. My final meal in Dublin had to be fish and chips. This place seemed to be a perfect candidate. Local and loved. We had a nice chat with the guy looking after us and gobbled the food. We definitely overate. Didn’t need the curry roll 😋

I love their fish and chips, it's pretty good and even better than some of the other famous names in Dublin city centre. Also the guys making them are pretty friendly and do take pride in their work evidenced by the prevalent atmosphere of the place.

Food is great here! Reasonably priced! Chicken nuggets is to die for here! There is also sit in if you like to enjoy your food right away! Probably one of the best take aways I have ever been to!

Rea old style fish & chips shop, very generous portions and the breakfast is totally scrummy! Instead of beans I was offered chips with an egg, sausages, tomato, rashers and pudding, with toast. Heaven! Lovely staff, very good value and worth a repeat visit. Will go again shortly after Xmas as a treat! Located right in the heart of the markets, a truly fab place to visit after a morning's shopping.

Was in there a couple of weeks ago with my pals and her 2 daughters on a Saturday. Lucky to get a seat. Hadn't been in at least 10ish years and it's like been transported back in time. Still the same. Atmosphere , decor, staff and best of all the best fish and chips!! Still in the hands of the same family so great family atmosphere.

Chips were very good but the decor could be a bit better. There is a gate in the middle of the cafe separating those eating in from those taking their food to go. I understand the reasoning but it makes you feel a bit like livestock or perhaps the takeaway crowd needs to be separated from those dining in? I'd need to try more food to fully make a judgement on it. But the garlic and cheese chips were very good.

Had Breakfast here yesterday... It was massive and chips were a gift all for 7 euro The pros are friendly staff good food and really good coffee The cons are the terrible seating.... After all the income from Sing St you think a few new chairs would be bought... I can never enjoy sitting in
