Good bagels with fresh ingredients and a wide range of bagel kinds to choose from (plain, everything, sesame, etc.) Was a bit disappointed not to see a salmon and cream cheese bagel on the menu. Overall, a great spot for a quick brunch and coffee.

Toasted wholegrain bagel with red onion, warm crisp bacon and cold cream cheese plus crisp green leaves. I was too 😃 busy enjoying this to look for or find fault with the establishment.
Thank you ❤️ for 20 minutes of bliss.

The coffee is good and bagels themselves are high quality but they have now stopped carrying a key ingredient - smoked salmon. This used to be my go-to for a New York style bagel. The most authentic option in Dublin before but no longer.
That said, as long as you don't heed the New York themed décor this remains a pleasant café stop especially for a busy shopping day!

My First time leaving a review ( not something I ever thought of doing ). But I just had lunch in itsa dun laoughaire and it was so good. I got a best grilled cheese and coffee its a must try. Amazing such a warm welcome from the manager taking the time to answer questions about certain food ( husband is gluten intolerance) to the atmosphere between all the staff and modern style. Will definitely be back soon as I live locally.
Wonderfull experience

Staff was attentive, kind. The Holy Cow bagel was very nice, better to have it cold though. Disappointed that there aren't any iced coffee or frappé options, not even whipped cream to top my drink with. The mocha is not recommended, felt like the chocolate was cheap powder in it. The carrot cake was magnificent though. Might pop by later for a different bagel if I'm nearby.

Great bagels and fair prices. It’s located within Arnott's, so you can sit here after doing some shopping. They also have coffee and soft drinks available.

A normal coffee bagel place inside the arnotts with their own terrace. Enjoyed a decent cappuccino in the sun.

I'm a returning customer to the best bagel in the city. It's here at Itsa.
My favourite has to be the Californian — streaky bacon, basil mayo, mozzarella cheese...
I've also had a few of the others but nothing else on the menu (besides their cookies) gets my taste buds as excited as the Californian.

Excellent location inside Arnotts department store, good coffee and bagels. Other eatery choices within the store available. Plenty of internal and external seating, would recommend, bagels a little pricey..

The bagels we're okay, not great. I heard this was the best bagel chain in Ireland but they don't compare at all to American bagels, they also put wayyy too many toppings on the bagels, anyone ever heard of a bagel and cream cheese before? Sometimes it's good to stick to the classics.
