Lovely mobile coffee trailer. Talking to them last weekend it appears they are stretching opening days from Thursday to Sunday, until 3pm.
I have been 3 times now and the product is reasonably consistent. The flavour of the coffee is on the smooth and slightly bitter side to my taste buds at least - which I like... I'm a novice and find there is a 3fe kind of coffee flavour and an insomnia kind of flavour. I would say the extremes are fruity or burnt in how they present to me and I prefer a more soft fruity hit. This delivers what I like in the coffee sadly I reserve the 5th star as for my taste the milk is not velvet enough, slightly watery in texture but that is comparing to the very best. This is still one to go for and up there as one of the best in the area. They are also really nice people - which helps!!
