This is the first of my reviews of coffee shops /restaurants in the Phibsboro Area in Dublin. The Staff are very friendly and good at the their jobs . Even though this cafe has a very young vibe and feel to it , its customers are very varied in age. The Sandwich I got was lovely and very tasty . The Coffee was disappointing, as I was hoping it would it be stronger. And drinking coffee or late out of a glass , It always disappoints me . The interior of the cafe looks unfinished, but maybe this is part of the look . But I feel over all , pleased . This cafe has a promising future , and I have no problem recommending it. Prices are in line with other cafes . The coffee and Sandwich cost me €10.25

Such a lovely atmosphere when you walk in. It's a really relaxed environment. Also the staff are amazing they always go out of their way for you and never fail to greet you with a smile and a big hello. Aaron and Eimear have gone above and beyond to make me the best coffees. I would definitely recommend anyone to pop in if they are passing by.

I'm in and out of Coffee Shops every day of the week and experienced Tailor And Blue for the very first, but definitely not the last time this week. Excellent Coffee, food and customer service in a really spacious, modern and comfortable premises. The owners attention to detail shines though in every aspect of this business. Cant wait to call back there again.

Arranged to meet a friend for a coffee last saturday I had never been there before. I was surprised that the premises was bigger than I thought initially Tables socially distance apart. Lovely coffee and scone my friend had a coffee and chocolate croissant Think we have found another favourite coffee shop

Nice spot, good coffee and reasonably priced good food. Only thing I'd like to see in the current circumstances is table service, you currently have to go back inside to order which isn't ideal in a covid world.
