C. F.Coffee is well extracted but does indeed suffer from scorched milk as others have suggested. I asked if mine could be remade, the guy was friendly but suggested he could add cold milk. Fortunately his colleague did remake me one which was not burnt and tasted good.
Maybe some more training is needed.
B. B.Out for a spin on our bikes on Sunday. Decided to go towards Carlingford out of Dundalk. Spotted Custom Coffees and decided to pull in.
Staff where very friendly and the place is spotless. Got the omg goergous pannini and so did my other half. And 2 coffees.
Sat outside met in with a lovely couple from Carlingford. Sat and had the craic with them Souniamh one of the staff members was finished work and she also joined us.
Haven't enjoyed a chat like that in a long time. Souniamh seems to be well schooled with the local area and places to go.
I also had an ice cream to die for and a great selection.
We sat so long we nearly needed more food lol 😂 but enjoyed the company. Carlingford was called off then and headed home.
Toilets are spotless. Very comfortable friendly place to visit and the food is yum we will be back.
Picture below was taken in Monaghan on the day. Forgot to get one at custom coffees but we will the next time.
I. S.I come here often for coffee and ice-cream, both excellent, but have you tried cakes? Oh my, cakes are the best you can find in the area, amazing, homemade cakes, selection of cakes to be eaten there or to take home - strongly recommended, can't think of anything of similar quality in the area.

What a Coffee , best I've had in a very long time , clean venue, staff excellent , outdoor canopy too and seated area outside. Altogether a great pit stop.

R. B.Used to be the best coffee in Dundalk but gone down the scaldy hot route with burnt milk same as most coffee places in Ireland.
