A. A.Very subjectively speaking, the best little coffee place in Ireland. The espresso works like rocket fuel before a surf sesh. If you wanna skip the surfing, you can just sit outside (it's nicely sheltered from the wind) and enjoy your ice cream and muffin (Oh M G) in the sun.
R.Fantastic coffee and traybakes. Blueberry, almond and chocolate croissants. Never got to try the ice cream.
Surfer vibes and the shack is like something you’d see on bondi beach in Sydney!
Friendly staff and quick service. Best part is there are benches and seating just at the entrance to the beach where you can enjoy your food or coffee after.
J. H.Good coffee, decent croissant. Outside seating only so weather dependent. Dogs allowed if kept on lead. Good, though short walks through the dunes and across the sands.

L. M.Right beside the lovely Marbel Hill beach serving coffee, cakes and ice cream. You can buy clothes here too. The seating area is lovely and filled with people chilling out enjoying the view of the beach. Cozy cushions and blankets are available for colder days. Dog bowls are available and there a tap for water. Coffee is good quality and atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.

An understated beach hut with a relaxing and well kept garden area to enjoy your coffee in. The views out to the beach are stunning and The Shack is a 30 second walk from the beach - just across the road!

M. K.Awesome coffee awesome people! This is our go to local coffee spot. Its located right on one of the best beaches in the world with fantastic views. The owners are supper friendly and pasionet about what they do. Did I mention they roast their own specialty coffee? Do not visit Donegal without having a coffee here!

J. L.Overlooking Marble Hill Beach this fun little cafe offers beautiful views to customers. There is plenty of seating outdoors only on shabby chic converted pallets. Coffee was delicious and there is a large range of tasty Mullins ice cream too. The atmosphere is relaxed among both customers and staff. The Shack opens seasonally and is well worth a visit if you are in the area. It's not cheap but the atmosphere and views will make sure I visit again. When the weather is dry it's hard to beat just chilling out watching the surfers riding the rolling waves. A little jewel in Sheephaven Bay.

M. M.I LOVE coffee and can honestly say The Shack has to be one of the very best places for a flat white that I have ever been to. My friend and I visited the Shack and Marble Hill strand twice on our 3 day stay in Dunfanaghy. We loved the exquisite cakes on sale also. The staff are extremely friendly too. Just a dream of a place. We highly recommend it.

H. N.Great coffee and ice cream with a beach view! Just need to be slightly more allergy aware. My son has an egg allergy and when asked if the chocolate chip had egg in they said no. Then he came up in his usual egg allergy rash and feeling sick. When I returned to the counter asked them to double check.... it was correct. However they were cleaning the scoop in the same cup of water as the cookies and cream which contains egg. They said they would be more aware for next time... Lucky it wasn't a major reaction!
P. D.I really enjoyed my coffee here after a nice walk along the Marble Hill beach. I liked the look and feel of The Shack with it's up-cycled style. I highly recommend visitors to this great beach to top off their visit with a hot or cold drink and a snack at The Shack.

Plenty of outside seating and an out of this world view of the sea. Clear sands all along. Gorgeous part of the world. If your near or passing definitely worth a stop. Very friendly and chatty staff.

T.Great variety of snacks, home-roasted coffee, tea and ice cream at fair prices. Owners are very friendly and always happy to have a chat. You have a nice view across the bay towards Downings. Also has an open-air sitting area. Water for your pets or for cleaning your feet is provided free of charge.
