This review is based on my father. He asked me to leave a review as he was so unhappy with the service giving the current climate. He was served by a female staff member who he described as 'miserable'. No smile, clearly not happy to be there at all. While my father was sitting down he noticed a man continuously walking up and down the cafe without a mask. My dad was annoyed by this and mentioned it to he thought was the manager. The manager basically shrugged his shoulders and said he can't police everyone. My dad said he wouldn't mind but there was only 3 people in the cafe. My dad was so disappointed by this he took it upon himself to approach the man without a mask and asked him to stop walking up and down and if he must please wear his mask. Its a sad day when businesses who were once struggling can't be bothered to help prevent the spread of Covid!

Very expensive for coffee. But the black is always burned. McDonald's is far nicer, as an example. The strobe lighting outside is headache inducing if you sit near the window, as I like to. Otherwise it's clean, tidy, friendly and has helpful staff. No tip jar which is odd. Lots of parking nearby. Wheelchair accessible easily.

The coffee and hot chocolate is always nice, the food is generally fine, but Costa Ireland has limited vegetarian or reduced calorie offers in comparison to Costa UK. I do wish the staff weren't constantly having to do running repairs on the floor; it's very unfair on them. A small section of marmoleum or even linoleum can't be that expensive, can it?

Staff are lovely and prompt, it's handy for parking (but paid, 50c for an hour), beside Aldi, Iceland, Mr Price & Elverys (some others I can't think of). Some comfy couches and good coffee. Been a couple of ocassions over the past month or so where the toilets were out of order, might have been one offs but said I'd mention it in case it needs looking at.

Was charged 60 cents extra for pour in cream which brought the Americano to €3.50.. I've gone to other Costa's and never being charged for that. I did query it and the girl said they charge for it.
