A. S.Lovely Hotel, easy efficient check-in, friendly staff, my room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, Nesspresso coffee machine. Overall very nice Hotel just a little overpriced. The breakfast options were very limited and not of a high standard which was disappointing
L. M. W.Lovely food and drinks. Service is quick. Outdoor seating with covering overhead. Stops serving at 11. Cocktails are tasty too. Be there early on the weekends, as it is walk in only, 6:30pm at the latest.
P. M.Loved the Hotel... clean room, friendly staff (albeit inexperienced ) bar food and cocktails were lovely but the breakfast left it down.. hot buffet would be nice but there was not a lot left by 9am and we left disappointed
c. b.Four star hotel. 1st impressions was it looks very nice. On arrival had to look for someone to check us in, no one at reception. One of my party nearly slipped on the floor on the way in as it was wet from the rain. The decor was lovely. After 1 hour in, noticed sink was filling up. Wardrobe was hard to get into as there was a single bed in Front of it. Double and single in room. Coffee, sugar etc was not stocked. On the welcome card it states there be water, coffee etc in room, there was none. Book in for 3 only 2 towels had to ask for more. It wasn't up to the standard of cleanness that one would expect for 4 stars and during covid times. Dust on carpet on stairs, cobwebs on light fixtures. Coners in Bath room missed. Breakfast was continental and it never stated that, just breakfast included. I heard other people ask also for hot breakfast. We stayed 2 nights and had breakfast in a near by cafe. We had dinner one night in the bar, as it was raining and all are party isn't fully vaccinated so we weren't going to sit outside to dine. I got a vegetarian curry and the sauce was like the only you get out of a tin you buy in the supermarket. We ordered dessert and were waiting 30 minutes. On check out no one at reception again, had to look for someone.

D.Upon arrival its was grand looked nice and checked in fine, got to the room and there was a dead spider on the door frame and then i found a dead fly on the lamp shade😂😂 which i didn't really care about that i found it funny, anyway the room was grand nice colour and size etc. Later on in the evening we went down for dinner in the bar and it was just bizzare😂😂 the waiter got us a seat and we went to sit down when someone else came along and said that it was their table anyway we got another table but the table wasnt wiped down and we only got 1 knife and fork along with a 10 minute wait for a menu, the staff were lovely people but they just looked bewildered and didnt know what to do and we had to share the original knife and fork we got until we got a second one came😂 anyway that was grand we got our food and it was ok wasnt great but didnt expect it to be marvellous. So the next morning i was trembling in my boots waiting to go down for breakfast i thought it would be pony but it was actually great, the reviews made the breakfast out to be terrible but it satisfied me and filled me until 3 oclock😂 checked out really easily after and went on our way, 3 stars from me

R. B.Visited here for business purpose. Normally I stay at Brandon hotel and spa but it was fully booked so we stayed here. The good things about the hotel is friendly staff and awesome food. Although the menu is limited but every dish is worth trying. Also the cooked breakfast rather than buffet was amazing. Especially the scrambled eggs and hash browns. The rooms are nice. We stayed at the penthouse so no complaints in that part. Overall the 1 week stay was pleasant.

M.Giles catered for a small family occasion at short notice and provided first class and substantial food for us cooked to perfection and wonderfully presented, all at an exceptionally good price. Very highly recommended, thank you Giles @ Laforge restaurant.
K. M.Nice hotel as well as affordable! All the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and we’re really kind to us. The room was very nice and the bathroom was nicely renovated with amenities like a heated towel rack and rain shower head. Bed a little firm for my taste. Unfortunately, I can’t say great things for the area. It was quite boring and there was very little selection of places to eat, with the hotel restaurant closed the night we came. We would stay here again though if we had to come back through the area.
I. Q.Great nights sleep, room was prefect (but economic with space), tv and decent coffee machine. Nice bathroom finished well with usual accessories. Good breakfast and staff seemed to be trying to go above and beyond in terms of service. Very good value for money.

E. S. (. S.We had a lovely stay here this weekend as we visited family and celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary. My husband said the steak at Yanks was the best he has had in a long time. The staff and service were very good. Our only let down was the room was quite stuffy and had no aircon or fan. Window only opened slightly and looked out onto rundown buildings and an ally.
E. O. D.Arrived at hotel and receptionist was poor. Didn’t give us any information. When got to room the tv wasn’t working. Room was nicely decorated. They could not get the tv working so had to pack up and move to another. When we went for a shower the bathroom flooded and went out into our room onto the carpet. Again we had to pack up and move which was quite annoying. Davie the bar manager was quite helpful and gave us dinner and drinks complimentary. The food was very nice.On check out we were given some of our room cost back. Hotel has a lot of potential, couldn’t praise Davie enough as he brought up star rating
M. K.Firstly,it's so good to see this hotel fully refurbished and open in New Ross. Although we've only visited the bar on a number of occasions,and not the cafe or rooms,that's all I can review (for now!)
The website's photo of the Lane Lady Lounge is not at all representative of the real thing,and I am yet to compare the rest of their photos.
The staff are mostly friendly, although I couldn't seem to find out much about the hotels own brew, Kennedy Beer.
Pricing in the bar is typically more expensive than many surrounding bars in the town,I suppose in keeping with hotel tradition,however it is a touch of nice luxury to sit in brand new furniture among brand new decor.
Nice,but staff might (or at least customers might) benefit from a little more informality.
K. S.Our experience at Kennedy boutique hotel has been very enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious I really enjoyed the beef pie and would recommend it. We booked with escapes.ie chocolates and bubbly were part of our deal. Food is very reasonable prices.We will deffently come back to this hotel.

L.The cafe in Kennedy boutique is just great in every way, the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. The staff are all very welcoming, hard working and polite. I was served by Pamela and cannot praise her enough, very perfessional and friendly couldn't do enough for us.thank you all will definitely be back again

N. M. O.I went down to Kennedy’s boutique hotel in New Ross on Friday of the May bank holiday weekend for the one night. My husband and I , had bought a voucher and could not go when we originally wanted to. The Hotel staff were nice enough to let us use it on the busy weekend... fair play ! It was absolutely lovely . First off we checked in and went to our most luxerious room! Fabulous decor with a huge king size bed a nice tv , plush carpeting and a shower with two heads that were fabulous . We hung out at the bar with Shauna later on and had a few jars , as you do and met anothe good Batman Noel . They were so friendly and nice and then introduced us to pat , a nice manager who told us that we could use our voucher in the steak house and he would adjust the price , A good thing to do for a customer service gesture and the steaks were only delicious . Then we were delighted when we had a great duo entertaining us In the bar with great vocals all night ! The breakfast was the best I have had , with two free range eggs ,spinach and hollandaise sauce!
Everybody in the hotel was a pleasure to talk to And so accommodating . I would definitely go back .... Between you and me you don’t have to go anywhere in the town ... We have been to many hotels as we are musicians and I have to say this small hotel has ticked all the boxes!

d.If you find yourself waiting, don't fret. The food was well worth the wait. When we arrived, we thought that the staff weren't really attentive however it was evident that they did care we were there. Just really busy. Would recommend for anyone needing a feed in New Ross

A. E.We were so excited to see Kennedy's home town. The museums were great. The town was charming. We even met a Kennedy's cousin, a young man, that still lives and runs his cow farm. He was giving us a tour of their house and were President Kennedy once visited his grandmother! Everything is about Kennedy family. Loved it. Quite informative too.
M. L.Lovely boutique hotel in Central New Ross. Very friendly staff, especially Marc who took our reservation over the phone, greeted us on arrival and wished us on our way. Newly refurbished and decorated in modern style. Roomy shower, and smart TV so you can cast movies from your phone over wi-fi. Nespresso machine in the room as well as tea and instant coffee facilities. Would definitely come back here if visiting the area again.
P. S.Had a fantastic breakfast here today, staff were so friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Definitely recommend the all day brunch.

Seriously, I asked the waitress if the lasagne was home made, she in turn asked a colleague who confirmedd that it was.
Hmmm, I then received beef stroganoff....
When the lasagne arrived it was lacking bechamel in the layers, replaced with sliced cheese. The beef was dry and tasteless. Judith said don’t complain as she questioned why the bread did not come with her smoked salmon salad... The server said “do you still want the bread” ? in the same manner as she asked me if I still wanted the lasagne when presented with a really awful looking stroganoff.
P.s don’t have the sandwich’s (with hand prints) from the coffee shop.

The rooms are fabulous, modern and stylish decor, excellent shower and lots of room to play with.
The range of food available on site is excellent and the staff at the desk couldnt have been more helpful when required over the weekend. Highly reccomended!
