One of the best vegan spots in the country! This was our go to while in town for coffee (decaff available) and treats, the breakfast burrito is divine, and their take home selection is also incredible, the BEST coconut curry and dal. The staff is lovely and attentive. One of our favourite spots out west!

Sweet beat is lively and has tasty vegan food! Staff are lovely as well. The food did take a rather long time to come out, and there was coriander on the avo toast which wasn't mentioned on the menu (she's a controversial herb!) Otherwise lovely experience.

Lovely busy little veggie cafe! We got: soup + sourdough with turmeric butter, sourdough cheese toastie (they use the follow your heart vegan cheddar shreds) and the daily special of chipotle chilli tacos, followed by oat milk tea with hazelnut cookie and sticky toffee pudding. Food was delicious, service was a bit slow. Small amount of seats inside and out. Eco friendly as all dishes / cutlery / napkins are compostable. Lovely little shop inside with many vegan and irish products for sale. Just to note, not a fully vegan cafe, almost put cow milk in my tea as it is the only one out for tea or coffee and wasn't labelled (luckily I asked) - cafe could do with clearly labelling what's vegan or not. Overall big thumbs up, great to see a veggie cafe doing so well.

Love this place, its really cozy and has extremely delicious food options!! I had an amazing breakfast, highly recommended. The only reason I only gave 4 stars and not 5, is because even though I ate inside, me and all other customers were served our food in bio-degradable (yes), but still single use cups, papers, plats and cutlery, don't understand that concept.

Fully vegan cafe in Sligo The staff are are really nice and the menu is big enough I had the avocado and hummus sourdough, it was so big and really filling however the bread was a bit too harsh to cut and bite into. Prices are around 8-11 for main meals Different desserts available everyday. The cinnamon buns were v delish! Will come again!

Simple but soo delicious! Many times I was eating in places serving plant-based food, everytime hoping that finally get something that won't be just a dry salad with falafel and poor made hummus. Your food is just tasty, there are spices, dressings, nothing is dry or unfresh. I had wrap, buritto and tried buddha bowl. Pleasure to eat!

I must say I had a very tasty sourdough toastie and the coffee was lovely too. The cakes look amazing also. Being vegan I'm delighted to have found this place, unfortunately it will be a once in a while treat as the prices are a tad high for my pocket. All of the staff looked after us so well, and our bag was filled with wholesome treats for the rest of the journey that day. Worth a detour to. Passing by Sligo I dropped in here, had the roast veggies on sourdough with hummus and pesto, so so good. Coffee is excellent, as are all the sweet treats. Left with a tub of hummus to bring home also. Real gem of a place, wish it was closer to home

Vegetarian café with plenty of vegan and some raw options. The range available is such that I would imagine that they could cater for pretty much any dietary preference (apart from meat, of course) or allergy. It looks very small but they have a seating area upstairs and there are a couple of tables outside, too. Nice atmosphere. Nice people. Moderately priced.

Wonderful place for healthy, wholesome vegetarian food. The stewed beans were so tasty, with lots of avocado and garlic toast. Home-made breads and desserts, and lots of vegan spreads prepared for take-out. Super friendly staff and lots of space on the second floor to relax and enjoy a home-cooked meal. This is another lovely cafe in Sligo. It serves more unique foods(e.g you can request different types of milk in you tea) than other cafes (lots of vegan foods). There is a lovely atmosphere and I would definitely recommend the smoothies and bread with pesto and coconut oil.

Amazing food, definitely would recommend the Patatas Bravas, or the Avocado on toast with hummus. The hot chocolates are also so delicious, the hazelnut milk one is my favourite! Also do teas and coffees, with the option of dairy milk for those who prefer it. Friendly and helpful staff, with great and fast service, and an amazing atmosphere. Seating both downstairs and upstairs, with table service now an option. If you live in sligo or are passing through, you should definitely stop in here and try some amazing food and smoothies!

I'm a strict vegetarian (aka a vegan who's not concerned about the honey question). I already knew this cafe was a safe bet if I'm hungry in Sligo town. Yesterday I found myself in that condition and decided we would step in for a smoothie (they do amazing smoothies) but as I walked in my nostrils were assailed with scents of mushroom and maybe garlic and in spite of it being the most expensive item on their brunch menu (€9.95), and in spite of my usual wheat-avoiding habit, I *had* to have the portabello toast: portobello mushrooms, spinach and avocado on sourdough toast with turmeric "butter" and a sort of "parmesan"-tasting cashew nut based topping. There was a bit of a wait for it while we sipped our smoothies and I tasted my daughter's muffin but it was well worth the wait....The balance of flavours was perfect. There was a saltiness and was that a slight balsamic flavour (?) with the mushrooms that was balanced perfectly with the avocado. The toast was crisp in spite of the weight of the lush, moist but firm mushrooms. I had pictured cooked spinach but it was fresh, beautifully wilted where it had come into contact with the warm mushrooms but otherwise crisp. When I thanked them for the meal and said I wanted the recipe, I was assured that a cook book is coming :) Further, when I checked with our waitress concerning whether all menu items were vegan she was quick to indicate all the items that contain honey and the woman who made our smoothies came to check with us whether we were avoiding honey. So any true vegan can eat here with confidence.
