Great coffee! Glad to find somewhere with good coffee in Waterford! Besides that they give you a chocolate as treat for your coffee, what more could you ask for! Carrot cake and biscuit cake were both very delicious too.

Wow just wow, the nicest hot chocolate I have ever had. The milkshakes are to die for too, and to cap it off the staff are amazing, so kind and friendly. The are also so patient especially when you have a kid that can't make a decision if her life depended on it 😉

Nice sandwiches, decent coffee, what I would suggest however is, if you no longer accept one4all cards the perhaps ask them to REMOVE you from their list of retailers. Which would save others having to be told in a loud and frankly, rather rude tone in a busy shop that they arent accepted by the lady behind the counter. Otherwise cant fault the place.

We have honestly stopped here a minimum of three times and we plan to go again in the morning. The owner is so nice and friendly we spent a good twenty minutes chatting with him about fun local places to go. The food and coffee is fantastic and I would recommend that everyone who comes to Waterford should stop and try something. I had probably the best chocolate muffin ever. The blended ice cream coffee is fantastic!!

It,s converted now to outside seating and takeaways.The coffee and pastries are excellent still,even if the atmosphere is not as friendly. Nothing to do with the staff,just the COVID restrictions.

I always get a hot chocolate and croissant. The hot chocolate is amazing!. The staff are soo soo nice like omg they make you feel so wanted its lovely. There is this blonde women who has a lovely smile she always welcomes you with a big hello ! As if shes known you forever, it's really nice.

I'm from the United States, I have never ever tasted hot chocolate that's so good. I came to Ireland for a tour and stopped off in Waterford, we decided to pop into this shop. Ever since I got back I have been raving about the hot chocolate, everyone in the shop was super friendly! I wont forget it ever , thanks :)

If you want to get real hot chocolate here is the place to go. It's perfectly close to all the city center and to the river, service is very very kind and they always give you a heart shaped chocolate with your beverage!
