I had an issue with my phone. I went to the store and the tech Mark said he would do the diagnosis for free and if the issue was identified, it would cost around €45 replace the part. I agreed. Later he called and said the issue was resolved and it was due a setting done by mistake. He handed over the phone without any charge. I really appreciate the honesty of this shop. Way to go.
