What can one say? I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Reidyonline. Oliver is extremely professional and knowledgeable, will always go above and beyond the scope of the job in hand. He is straight down the line, tells it like it is and will definitely NOT lead one up the garden path, in comparison to (in my opinion of course) some of the larger nationwide computer repair service providers. Oliver actually takes the time to listen to and converse with the customer and will deliver on time and at a competitive price too. Heartfelt thanks Oliver for saving the day and retrieving all my information...and yes, I am doing my weekly backup.

Had a massive problem when my screen went completely blank, feared I'd lot all my information, accounts, contacts etc., called various technicians/companies etc, was told it would take a week before they could see me, some large prices were mentioned. Called Oliver, he listened told me not to touch anything that he'd be there shortly, which he was and sorted it out within a very short time, phew! Might I also say what a obliging guy he was plus very reasonably priced... Highly recommend Ray

I highly recommend Oliver and reidoyonline for computer repair and servicing. My business PC failed and the hard drive crashed.
