My poster arrived and it was crumpled beyond the bleed and had suffered some other minor damage. If I'd have been able to frame it minus anything being visibly wrong I would have but the damage was just slightly too much. Sent an email and some pictures and they responded very quickly and had a reprint sent to me within a couple of days. Quality of the second poster was perfect. Excellent customer service all round. Would recommend.

I can't recommend Digital Print Ireland enough! Amazing service. They rectified a problem in record time, assisted me through the process. These guys are best in the business, lightening fast, great prices i use them all the time for my business from business cards, to stickers, to flyers, to specialised cards for my products. They go above and beyond even when I send the wrong type of files they couldn't be nicer and work with me to achieve the best results. I reccomend them to other crafters and supporting Irish is very important to me.

This is probably the 6th time I have used their service and there will be a 7th. I had a little problem once and they solved it really quickly. Sometimes our print run is small for a local project and sometimes it is for a national project..... but they handled both really professionally. They seem to have a good courier company on board because they delivered when they said they would. A nice touch is their "printing pack" with examples of the different sizes of paper, the different weights and different finishes. Another thing, you can get a quote there and then and you can adjust your quote specifics along the way. Others you have to wait for an email reply. Nice people to deal with.

I had such a good experience with this company. The recommended paper types for the Perfectly Bound Books, are really good quality, and don't cost any more than the more ordinary types that you can manually select. Kerry was really patient with my order and spent time going through it with me over email - letting me know what the result would be if I used certain page settings. The order arrived exactly on the day I was promised, and I even received a text from DPD to say what time the driver was coming. I'm so happy with the quality of this print-out. Thanks again.

Had an incredible experience with this company. They were extremely patient with my really awkward pdf issue which kept corrupting and manage to work through the problem and deliver a top class product. We saved over 200euros on our wedding invitations compared to companies down here in the south of Ireland and the items even arrived before the expected delivery date which was a plus. The invitations themselves turned out absolutely brilliant with great quality papers and inks . Should I need any more printing in the future for anything at all this will no doubt be my go to company. 5 Stars from me Thanks

I made a mistake with my order, totally my own fault, the final result wasn't as I expected. When I questioned it with the team at digital printing Ireland they clearly explained what I had done wrong. Then this happened.. they went and fixed the issue for me, reprinted the order, sent me a fixed version of my artwork so the same thing wouldn't happen again... and at not extra cost!! I was blown away by this gesture - fantastic service!!
