Reviews are polarising but I had a seamless experience with them through their online order service - ever since Reads Direct has moved online under the national restrictions there's no miscommunication with staff and customers, which might stand better for them. The documents I ordered were perfectly bound. Staff proofed my order beforehand through e-mail as requested. Reasonable price online for soft-bound copies.

We had an order of surveys, leaflets and envelopes with a pressured deadline. Reads got them in place at the last minute and went beyond the call of duty to get them ready for us. With an unexpected problem with our online collection method, Reads responded with the extra requirements when we needed them at each step. It was really reassuring when we were trying to deliver to a research site. A pleasure to work with Reads.

Total disaster today when trying to print my thesis. They forgot about me. But all credit to the lads they pulled it out of the bag in the end. Service is pretty reasonable compared with the Thesis Centre. Quality of the thermal binding is lacking.
