I. S.Excellent Service
I called mid morning Sat, was told by the receptionist that no appointments were available until 4pm which was fine. Receptionist was very thorough, I explained I had seen my own GP 5 days earlier but was no better, described medication prescribed etc. Received a call at 4.10pm from wonderful lady who appeared to instantly know why I had not noticed any improvement.
She provided a prescription which she said would be in my local pharmacy in an hour, which it was. 2 days later, I'm on the mend and so happy with the service GP24 provided.
First time using the service but would favour this over visit to my own GP, level of care, time and interest from doctor second to none. Fantastic!
S. B.I couldn't get an appointment with my Dr. And decided to try GP24. I completed online questionnaire and received a call 30min as it did state on the confirmation email. Dr. Was so kind and asked all required questions and prescribed medication plus issued medical cert, which was emailed to me. Very happy with quality of the service I was provided with.
N. A.Filled in the form, received an automatic email to say I would be called within 60 minutes. Didn't receive a call until much later on in the day. However, I did get the medication I needed and it was faxed promptly to my pharmacy. They also sent on an invoice upon request so that I could claim some money back from my health insurer.
S. M.Called at noon and doctor was out within an hour and a half on a Sunday. Excellent service. Provided injection for vertigo and saved a trip to a and e. Would highly recommend !

C.Great service, in under 3 hours all done and medicine in house with me, this included sending request for appt, received call back to pay, received callback from doctor, had prescription emailed to local chemist and I had someone collect medicine as I was not able to, very efficient when you are sick.
P. M.I phoned and got a very friendly receptionist. She put me at ease and left a message with the doctor on call. She arranged an appointment for a phone consultation. I got a call about an hour later. The doctor was clear, asked all the right questions and told me i would not get worse. I felt very reassured.
L. C.We made a request online and received an email informing us someone would call within 30min to finalise the appointment. We didn't get a call so after waiting longer I called the phone number which took a while to get through, finally got in touch and more information was taken, then we were asked for card details, before being given any time etc. When I asked for a time (this was at 7:30pm on a Sunday) I was told they couldn't provide a time, I pressed to get at least a time frame, or a 'by the latest' estimate, but again no. Finally I asked would it be by 10pm, they said maybe, I asked would it definitely be by midnight, they said yes (although I could tell by their tone it was a reluctant answer) We paid over the phone and then waiting. We got a call from the doctor at 12:15am telling us they would be here in 40minutes. Once they arrived all went well, they didn't rush and diagnosed the issue, provided a work cert and a prescription which is working. This side of the experience is good, but the booking system and timeline (not even the timeline, just the lack of any indication) is certainly not the best. Overall it is great to have a 24hr callout service, I just hope they begin to implement a better operating system.
L. k.Service was so good I had to write a review. I logged my interest at 9.00am this morning. The receptionist called me back less than 10 mins later and was very helpful and friendly. The doctor called 30 mins later and prescribed me meds to my local pharmacy. So efficient and will definitely use again.

M. E.Had a throat infection that I couldn't manage to kick. Due to the fact that it was a symptom of COVID, I couldn't manage to get in to see my regular GP without completing a PCR test and waiting 48 hours for results, but felt my symptoms were worsening in the meantime (it was not COVID which my results then confirmed - just a regular throat infection). Found GP24 super quick and easy to arrange an over-the-phone consultation. Phone call took no more than 10 minutes and they emailed my prescription to my local pharmacy straight after. To me, this is a lot more convenient than waiting at a doctor's surgery for up to an hour on average to be seen. Was also cheaper. Will definitely be using again in the future!
