For anyone looking for a new GP, I'd highly recommend giving Hanover Medical Center and Dr Frank Kenny in particular a try. A friend recommended Dr Kenny about a year ago, and I have to say that he is by far the best, most attentive and caring GP I have encountered to date. Contrary to some negative reviews here, my experience with Hanover Medical has also been fantastic. The staff have always been kind and helpful, and it's very easy to find an appointment at least in my experience. I always got the help and care I needed and feel supported in every way with Dr Kenny. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good about Hanover Medical Centre. I have been a patient there for over 10 years and am extremely happy with the service. Most recently, I had an intense viral infection that caused me a lot of worry as it went on for two months. I was looked after throughout the process of multiple tests and kept up to date. The worry was taken from me and I felt comfortable that my case was handled. Along with that, the reception area is always welcoming and helpful. I can recommend Hanover Medical without reservation.

Great service, wonderful staff and highly recommended. This was my first visit to Hanover. The scheduling of my appointment was efficiently handled. All paperwork was done online prior to the appointment. There was sanitizer and gloves provided at the entrance. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I arrived a few mins before my appointment and didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. I consulted with Dr. Gibson. He was professional, thorough and friendly. The examination and tests never felt rushed & everything was clearly explained. Thanks Hanover Medical!

Dr Kenny is a wonderful GP. Gives a huge amount of his time to his patients, i can't say i've ever felt rushed during a consultation. He's also a gentleman on top of that.

Very helpful, professional GP and staff. I just hope they can digitalize a bit, for example, sending appointment confirmation and reminder.

Wow best GP consultation ever 10/10. Went to the Hanover Medical Centre today. Got a consultation with Dr. Frank Kenny. Absolute legend. I have gone to many GPs across the country and by far Dr. Frank Kenny is one of the best. He really cares about the patients and encourages you to tell what's wrong with you and makes you feel comfortable. He gave me some medication to treat the symptoms and advised that I should make some lifestyle changes if I want to fix the problem forever. Dr Frank Kenny your doing the lords work man. I have been visiting Hanover Medical for at least 5+ years (I think it's actually 7ish). Hanover and every staff member I have had the pleasure to work with have been nothing short of 5/5 stars, every single time. The care, the empathy, the efficiency and intelligence - everything one could ask for in a Healthcare partnership - it's here in spades. And the care during this covid time has gone above and beyond. High professional Hanover Medical Centre / Docklands For first time using a service of Hanover Medical Centre . Nice clean facilities, very nice and friendly receptionists. Dr Frank Kenny is a great doctor. Very professional, attentive and is never rushing your time. Professional, spotless the type of clinic you leave feeling like you've been listened to and understood. Leaving this for other American travelers - I had a mild injury that needed treatment while on vacation in Dublin. I was able to walk into this clinic and get an appointment the same day. I saw the doctor at the appointment time, no delay. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I had an exam and a prescription within 20 mins. No insurance, total cost was €70 (about $77 dollars). Prescription was €8. Simple, ease and fast.

I've been attending Hanover Medical Centre for the past year or so and it's generally been a very positive experience. I usually see Dr. Louise as I've had a number of running injuries. She's lovely and always asks how the training for my next marathon is going! I've gone to physio there; service was good and probably got me through my last race. The building is airy and modern and the location for my work is perfect. They do early appointments which really suit, but do book up early!

I really like Hanover Medical and especially Dr Louise Jackman. I've been to numerous doctors over the years and since going to her, I've never been to anyone else. She is a brilliant doctor, lovely, approachable person and very knowledgeable and thorough . She was the only doctor to properly pick up on my high blood pressure and ensure I was treated effectively for it - even though I'm a bit of an anomaly and not in any of the risk groups. A few of my friends go to her as well and all of us have spoken about how brilliant she is. Really recommend.

I have been a patient with Hanover for about 4 years now. Largely small complaints but some of a repeat nature. I have always found Frank great to deal with and he has allowed me to retain repeat prescriptions with the local Pharmacy who are also fab. My whole family now attend the clinic and we have to say that we have received nothing but patience and great care int that time. Keep up the good work.

I found the clinic expensive and they unnecessary called me for paid consultations. Also some issues like mistake on the blood test and the reception refusing access to see my health records. For all these reasons, I found different GP. I have to say I found doctor Rogers a good doctor, very nice, helpful and meticulous. I would recommend the doctor, but overall there are better clinics and with more reasonable fees.

Full five star service - from the awesome reception team, doctors, nurses and physio team the Hanover Medical delivers. Using their services for over 5 years and still amazed that so many do not know about them. A pharmacy is only 500m from clinic so everything is really convenient.
