I have been treated by Jana, Gabi and Cian on different occasions over the years for different sporting injuries or just general maintenance and I cannot recommnend them highly enough! Perfect Therapy is a fabulous place with amazing facilities, but the staff are what really make it special - they are so knowledgeable, friendly and amazing at what they do! I cannot recommend the place highly enough! I would not go anywhere else, they are fantastic 😊🙌🏼
D. L.I am an American and I injured 2 fingers sailing to Ireland last fall. I began post-operative hand therapy at Perfect Therapy as soon as I was cleared for it by the hand surgeon.
My therapist was Sona, who has had a long-standing interest in hand therapy, and it showed. Not only was she kind, caring and professionally competent, but she was accommodating to my schedule as well, reliant as I was on public transportation from Cahersiveen (>1 hour away by an infrequent bus). She put me through my paces every week for 8 weeks with a mix of on-site treatment modalities and home exercises, and together we saw measurable progress every week.
It's worth mentioning that when I returned to the USA after 8 sessions with Sona, the new therapist I started with in America commented on the surprising good progress Sona had helped me achieve. Since I'll likely need therapy for at least a year, I'll be checking back in with Sona when I return to County Kerry in a few weeks time. Thank you Sona, and Perfect Therapy for helping me recover functional use of my hand!
