R. K.Without sounding over dramatic, Iboyla has changed my life! I suffer from on an ongoing condition which gives me extreme muscle pain and headaches. When I first started going to Arra, I could barely walk with the cramps in my legs. After a month or so of weekly massage and dry needling, the muscles began to relax and I had a great increase in mobility and reduction in pain.
The service offered at Arra is second to none! Professional, and friendly ... I say this as someone who is very difficult to please! Being a qualified holistic therapist myself, I know how a massage should be conducted. I can honestly say after going to several massage and physio centres in Newcastle West and Limerick recieving inadequate to poor service with no relief to my symptoms that Iboyla has been an absolute blessing! I can not recommend her practice enough.
