But I feel strongly enough even when it is something personal to write and say Dr. Salman is very professional and not trying to push you towards making changes and cares about the client and their reasons for visiting. He is realistic and practical. It's not what I expected speaking to a plastic surgeon. I did have a small breast augmentation years ago and it is still very good and I am happy with it.
