I had one hypnotherapy session with Alex for my intense fear of flying. After just one session I went on 2 plane trips the same week and I was amazed by how relaxed and calm I felt. I want to thank Alex on behalf of one acquaintance that is too embarrassing to open him to public’s view. That person doesn’t want to reveal himself – because “it’s shameful”, he says - he was a terrible alcoholic and drank a bottle of whiskey every day. He lost his job, lost his family and ended up sleeping on the street as a result. Some caring people advised him to contact the Serapis centre, and within a month he underwent successful rehabilitation from alcohol addiction. He learned how to believe in himself and now refuses alcohol with ease and pride for his healthy choices. Three years have passed since then. I am glad that he works again, he returned to the family and even bought a brand new car. What is it? - This is success in the personal life of this person, and of course the amazing abilities of Alex who helps people return to life. Yes, I can definitely say that Alex saves lives!

It was hidden from my eyes, but I found it just cross road from Aldi store! Serapis Wellness Therapies Centre is a little piece of quiet heaven on busy Brews Hill in Navan. I have my shopping in Aldi literally twice a week and found this place before Christmas, but once I did, I've never forgotten it! There's something about a vibe of escape that I felt when I got there. I've had massages from multiple therapists in the past and I know the difference between good and awesome. I'm so thankful to have this slice of heaven in Navan! Check them out and you'll understand why!
