I went to Ben after I hurt my neck in a sports injury. I didn't really know what to do as it was during Covid so I wasn't sure what my options were to get help. I booked in with Ben and I got a confirmation email and went to see him for my appointment. He was brilliant from the start, he did a consultation with me and asked that I walk through exactly how my injury happened. He checked past injuries or illnesses etc and was super thorough. I got some hands on massage work and needling done. This was the second time I had hurt my neck in the space of 3 weeks from doing the same movement. After visiting Ben I waited a week and went back training and playing matches with absolutely no issues with my neck since! I'm super delighted and would highly recommend Ben! Thanks again💪

I went to Ben for shoulder pain. He has a great attitude and really helped ease the pain initially and get me back working. I was given exercises to do and I stuck them out. I trusted that they would work and I have noticed a massive improvement over the following weeks. Definitely give him a go. It's hard to know who is legit these days. This chap is A1.

I went into Ben with a lingering back problem, and after having a good, detailed chat, he was able to assess the problem, aleviate the pain, and provide and explain several exercises that would help prevent the issue from recurring. Lovely guy, great facilities, and overall very professional. I would highly recommend a visit!
