Keith and Stephen carried out our annual service and glycol change recently. Both were great and the work was carried out in a tidy and timely manner. We have had issues with our system in the past but thankfully all seems to be working great recently. Staff are always very courteous and helpful.

Always on time and let you know if they can't make or need to change arrangements. There work is good and John who came to fix a leak in our system as well a replace some parts was excellent, friendly, competent and professional. In fact he was involved in installing our system 8 years ago. I am always impressed that they always clean up after their work and in as far as possible leave the place in the condition they found it. Reliablity is key to good service. It is great too that you can always get someone on the phone and that they always get back to you.

We had our annual service plus the 5 year glycol renewal/replacement yesterday. Michael and Stephen were everything you could ask for or expect. Their competent, professional approach and meticulous attention to detail inspire confidence. They spare no effort to minimise disruption in the house and gladly spent time explaining the operation of the system. Supplemented by our oil-fired system, our annual oil bill has reduced by two thirds (2/3) over the past 5 years and we have had improved heat throughout the house over the winter. For a good system and reliable service I’m pleased to recommend AEA.

We had AEA's solar heating system installed in 2016. A very professional team who did a superb job. We've been very pleased with the performance of the system since, both in terms of cost savings and reliability. With any issues (of which we've had very few) there has always been a quick response and annual maintenance ensures that everything is kept in good running order. Would strongly recommend them.

Fantastic company professional staff in the office and the installation team. I am dealing with them since Feb 2018 when the system was first installed. The installation was completed in two and half days. I have the height of praise for the installation team. They will leave the house and rooms tidy and clean. The customer service is excellent. It is important to note that a annual service of the system is carried out. Heating controls are excellent and easy to follow. I have nothing only praise for the company and its staff, and would recommend the company and system to any one that has an interested in changing to solar heating.

Fantastic company with really good staff, I’m dealing with the same person I originally spoke to ,when our system was installed back in December 2015. Any issues we have had are quickly resolved with a phone call or an email and the waiting time for a call out is never too long. February 2016 I thought I must have been mad to install solar heating and hot water at the coldest time of the year, as it’s meant all the old system had to be shut down and leave us chilly. The fitters were efficient, courteous, professional and knew their stuff. They had to take up floors upstairs and when finished refitted the carpets so no one would have suspected they had ever been disturbed. Mad maybe in 2016 but it has certainly been one of the best decisions my wife and I have taken. We can control each and every room individually on the app (both iPad and Android), decide when the heating comes on in the morning and the best bit when away we remotely can turn up the temperature so its cosy when we get home. Financially, it may seem expensive to install but remember there are grants and you can offset on income tax under allowable schemes. Add to that our oil consumption has dropped dramatically so all round we are winning and doing our part in helping the environment. Lastly since installed we have not had problems, and even if we had a quick call to AEA Energy and their technicians can remotely access the installation and diagnose the fault, then either send out an engineer or talk me through the fix. Add to that I have the system serviced every year, takes a couple of hours but is well worth it. If we every have to move home I would do it all over again, and NO I haven’t been paid to write this, it is a case of praise where praise is due!” John R McFarlane, Co. Offaly October 2021 and a radiator developed a leak that coincided with an electronics failure that controls the whole system. In essence plumber sorted out the radiator but boiler would not fire. Result no heating. As usual Deborah saved the day by getting Michael to attend that day. He removed the faulty part with instant result - boiler started. Replaced part - ran full diagnostics and we were back in operation. The personnel in AEA are both helpful and knowledgeable on both their product and their customers needs. Thanks for sourcing parts for my old oil burner, servicing it and getting it up and running again, all in the week before Christmas. Great comfort knowing that when its scheduled to turn on it turns on, the rads are now red hot too after flushing them. Great service.

I got the heating control system added to my system recently and to be honest I can say that its great. I would go so far as to say it is far better than any of the more well known heating control system I have seen. It allows you to create a separate setting for each and every radiator you have (therefore room) and set it as you want. Its so easy to change setting if you want and you don't need a degree in programming to change it at any time. It allows for remote settings / changes to be made. Would have to say that I would recommend it no problem. The lads who fitted the system were great and even more importantly when I have one small issues after fitting they were back in jug time to fix it. That to my mind is even a better recommendation.

Have saved a fortune with this company's innovative solar heating system over the years and the staff couldn't be more helpful both on the phone and call outs for servicing. I've gone to one fill of oil per year from three, and that includes working from home during lockdown. Not cheap, but works for me. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Fantastic system. Very professional and neat installers. House warmer than it has ever been and that’s includes savings on overall heating costs. Heating controls amazing as can control heat in various rooms - helps with reducing costs. App very user friendly. Can be used on multiple devices so can turn up/on heating when away from home too. I got the system installed last summer after initially making contact with their sales team at Bloom. They talked a good talk and we committed to a substantial financial commitment for our home heating. I won't lie, initially there were teething problems and it took quite a while to find the problem and give me a solution. It this was depths of winter I would have been very frustrated but it wasn't and I could see their team of engineers were working thoroughly and consistently to find the gremlin In my system and they did. At all times I found the office staff and engineers, honest and available to me, their work was neat and they stuck with the job until they delivered the system they had promised. The end result is a super warm house, constant hot water, cheaper fuel bills, but it will take another 12 months before I can really comment on the cost savings, as I have to get thru one full winter. I too had concerns about the authenticity of this company, because of initial glitches and mix ups with grants etc but I have found them true to their word, and I respect their honesty and determination to deliver a quality product.
