J. N.I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Marie and the team at pod furniture for a great customer service. I live in Dublin and I’m fussy when it comes to great quality furniture. I was looking for a beautiful dining set to match my home . I saw a beautiful dining set on pod furniture website , I noticed they have really lovely pieces of furniture I hadn’t seen before and so I decided to call. I found Marie to be very helpful and was very professional with assisting me with advice, getting my order processed and arranging delivery. I had a few questions regarding keeping the chairs clean in future and got great advice on cleaning companies and products which no doubt I’ll need ! The delivery was very fast which I was impressed by and the driver was very helpful and very professional. He took away my old furniture at a reasonable price which made my life a lot easier and assembled the new set and removed all debris without any issues. Thank you again guys for a great service.I’m delighted with my new dining set . 😃😃
G. M.As I was ordering online, so I had a lot of queries before I made my decision. Marie very patiently answered all of my questions via phone and even took the time to send me pictures of the products in the showroom to ensure I had the right colour. I have never received such a personal service when making an online purchase. Marie ensured I got the furniture delivered asap and even honoured a past promotion for a percentage off.
I would highly recommended a visit to their website or shop and I would guarantee a 110% service with a fabulous range of furniture!!!!
