L. S.I was looking for a particular type of bed (none of your business!) and Declan was most helpful on the phone. I went in and after he talked me through all the options he ordered the correct bed for me and it was delivered to me by the weekend.
He could have sold me an almost identical looking bed, costing more, there and then but instead he risked losing a sale by showing me the correct one in the catalogue and ordering that.
