G. P.As far as service Plazas go, it does what is needed, there is a fairly extensive food hall offering everything from coffee to burger and chips.
You'll find all the regular amenities; toilets, petrol, rest areas and food etc.
Unfortunately due to covid limitations most things close in the mid evening... Which is not great but currently unavoidable.

D. W.A very well located stop off whilst travelling on the Dublin to Galway road. It has a McDonald's and a well stocked shop/cafe. There's plenty of parking spaces for every size of Vehicle.
J. M.A recent addition to our motorway services this was my first visit. I was very happy with the facilities and the friendly and helpful staff. Coffee was very good and well priced. I will be a regular customer into the future. My 5 star rating is well deserved.

G.Not the best experience - it was crowded and after buying a few things with a mug of tea we couldnt find anywhere to sit other than in car and as it was a blistering hot day this wasnt very comfortable- thought by now some seating could be arranged for the weary traveller if they have proof of vaccination

P. P.I've been here twice and both times it was empty. I presume it's because of covid. However the McDonalds experience there was dreadful. I was the only one there and it still took five minutes to get anyone's attention. I asked for two breakfasts and was told 'we do lots of breakfasts' in a grumpy voice. I was then told to use the machine to which I said ' I'd prefer not to use one of them '. She begrudgingly took my order. It took ages and then she just threw it at me on the counter. Won't be going back there any time soon.
C. M.Plenty of parking spaces here, including spaces for buses and trucks. Only one entrance into it and one exit out of it, which is a good thing! Once inside the place, there are plenty of places to eat and it is huge inside. The staff were also very friendly. I would definitely come back here if I was hungry. But the price of its petrol or diesel is expensive compared to other local petrol stations, so watch out for that.

When I asked I was advised I could buy a spray window cleaner for €6.99. I think water and a squeegee could be left in the pumps area.

T. D.For a new enough place, the toilets were a disgrace, the hard lino flooring is all stained under the urinals, no check list as who and when it's cleaned, toilet paper everywhere. I recently was in another of these on my way to Wexford, and it was lovely, so a bit disappointed.

K. S. M.Great little stop off place if you are feeling tired, thirsty or hungry. Superb variety of fast food plus sweets, drinks and other snacks. Plenty of refuelling options plus electric vehicle charging stations. Oh and of course there are toilet facilities and a play area for the kids. There are even grassed areas where you can let your pooch stretch their legs too. It saves having to go into Athlone and struggle to find a park. Just off the main road with easy access too.
