J. M.Easily the best chipper in Cork - a wide menu of extremely high quality across the board but the real reason they're number one is how good the chips are. Especially if you buy the curry sauce as well which is just perfect.

M. E.Will not be returning, the chips were the smallest portion I have ever seen from a chipper in Cork absolute disgrace, for over 6 euro. None of my family will be returning again after showing them the portion size.
Such a disappointment after travelling a bit to get them, and when I rang they made me aware the portion sizes are done this way on purpose as directed by management.

A.Out of the chippers I’ve tried it’s definitely one of the best in Cork city. Their burgers are good but I wouldn’t rave about them. Chips are very good tho so would definitely eat there again.

B. R.If you were trying to be super healthy and the Devil was whispering in your ear he'd be saying "Jackie's, Jackie's!" It's all been said, clean, ridiculously efficient and the best Fish n Chips in town. One thing don't be shy when you're queuing up, be prepared to have to holler what you want. They can remember at least 304 items when you order and get it right every time. Large menu displayed with prices overhead is really handy. COVID distancing very well observed. There's also a call n collect option which helps if you don't fancy queuing.

J. L.I’ve been going to Lennox’s on and off for years (between my time in UCC and otherwise with my family) - went back tonight for the first time in awhile after being in Dublin and I take great pleasure in writing this review.
The place has always been great but tonight it was unreal. Came to the door and the staff were great (Evan was a gent).
I was served by Adam (I asked his name for the purpose of this review); the man went above and beyond to get me sorted with everything from salt and vinegar to advice about the fish of the day. It was busy at the time and fair play to him for bearing me and my silly questions.

Its good earlier in the day, later in the night there is less care and attention, the fish is usually, has way to much batter on it. Way to thick with flour, burgers are sloppy, chicken is over cooked and the chips can be hit or miss. Other than that the service is super quick and friendly. They are one of the best in cork...

A. R.Not regular customer as only venture there during Easter. But last 2 years I was left short in my order which is annoying as we are a fair distance from this chipper to call back out and I only realise the mistake when home.
To happen once that's ok but a second time after asking several times at the till was my full order there. My bad for thinking same mistake wouldn't be made,lesson learned. Sure a pity as there food is excellent when given.

While I've been to many good ones around the country, none ever seem to come close to the consistent quality of Jackie's. I've never seen another chipper where they have two sides for food and both will be packed with people. I'd have the quarter pounders and chips, cheese and Currys all day if I could. Love it!
