What a great Neighbourhood Chippy! Very friendly service (Paul is amazing as a chef and as a person!) and my burger and fries and the Fish and Chips tasted amazing. Also the sauces are highly recommended. Reasonable prices too and only a short waiting time in the cosy little place while Paul entertains you with his funny stories. Thanks for everything and hope to see you soon!

We've been in the UK and Ireland for a month and this has been the best fish and chips we've eaten! The burgers are great as well. Very fair prices and the staff are legends, would wholeheartedly recommend a meal (or two) from Liscannor Bay Seafood. Thank you!

Thanks to previous reviews, we came here for takeaway dinner to have on the banks of the river.. Unfortunately nowhere good to sit but the amazing food more than made up for it!! Deliciously freshly-cooked great quality food.. Great cod, scampi and delicious chichen burger.

Classic seaside chipper... Nothing amazing and not bad! I got scampi and chips with a battered sausage. The chips were good, scampi was basic and the battered sausage had a weird yellow batter.

Great food. Chunky handcut chips, perfectly cooked. Scampi was crisply battered with a lovely bite and juicy and plump inside. Lovely tartare and mushy peas included. Nothing was oily either, real attention to detail!

The wife and I took a short 8 minute stroll from Deer Park House B&B to Liscannor Bay Seafood for dinner. We went because it was one of the few places open at the time, but we were pleasantly surprised about how delicious everything was. Her tandoori chicken sandwich was amazing -- at least from what she told me, as she enjoyed it so much that it was gone before I was able to sample a bite. I'm a bit of a stickler for fish and chips, and Liscannor more than delivered. He offers cod or haddock -- both perfect choices as firm white fish holds up to frying, and it was done properly. The two good-sized pieces of fish had perfectly flaky (but not too thick or greasy) batter, malt vinegar and tartar sauce at hand, and accompanied with mushy peas and a generous helping of chips. I'd imagine that this would be a hit with kids as well.

Best fish and chips we have ever had! Outstanding. We ate dinner at Liscannor Bay Seafood twice during our visit to the Burren and Cliffs of Moher area. Truly a hidden gem! The chef is amazing!

Have been coming on holiday to Ennistymon for a few years now and at last there is a proper fish and chip shop. Fresh cod with light crispy batter, peas, sauce and chips. Really enjoyed our grub tonight. Will be back!

This chipper is really making an effort with the food, and if they switch to biodegradable packaging they would get a lot more custom by being ahead of the vast majority of fast food outlets who are constantly producing huge volumes of non recyclable waste. Only edible chips in Ennistymon and gorgeous fish. Would be great to know that the fish is sustainably sourced and msc approved
