I have been there few times during Covid restriction and unfortunately I know witch staff is nice and helpful and witch one to avoid at all cost! Unfortunately there only few that you are not afraid to ask a simple question..

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Ms. Sanders’ professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly despite the fact that I was the last customer at the shops, Sandra shift officially ended however she take the time to listen and understand my order and she went above & beyond customer service requirement to resolve my issue. Sandra has excellent customer commitment and should be recognize.

A. M.It is a nice store. You can find everything you need for a dyi project, flowers, garden tools, etc but there is no one to answer you a question related to the products in the store or to guide you if you don't know!
I needed to know what kind of soil I have to buy to repot my Anthurium and the cashier gave me all purpose outdoor plants! I didn't buy it !!!
Also you can't pay with the phone, if someone was thinking of doing it!

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable on what tools do and their location in the store which is always great for a DIY store. Last but not least the prices of their goods are very reasonable and you can usually pick up a half decent bargain.

B. I.Homebase is always ok. You get most things you need at an ok price but more expensive than trade prices. I bought an electric shower which was good value and worked well. I will keep visiting Homebase because it fits that gap between trade and paying extortionate prices.
N. D.Great Xmas decorations at the moment in homebase. So many things I love to get. My little girl bought a unicorn which lights up when you touch its paw with her birthday money only 19.50 and they have plenty of mas tree decorations which she wanted to get too but the unicorn was her favourite. Oh you have to go up to see Santa in the little house as on the 3rd mat when you step on it you will get a greeting from Santa. A lovely place to see xmas as its best.
