It is a good place to get materials in a reasonable price. But last time when I returned to an item( k rend), they said they cannot take it back because they don't know what is the status of that item( that was with me only 2 days and it was in my car's boot and I didn't use the car becuse of my work in the house and I have another car). They said that is their policy may be that is correct from their point of view to keep the quality but that was not fair for me because the product is good same conditon as I received and I have no more use and loss of money. But they taken back other two item, gave me back the money after the vat.
