W. G.Awesome venue. Ideal for weddings etc. Very clean and tidy. Restaurant has excellent service and food. The burger is nice, but the only positive criticism is that it could could have a little more added (e.g. onions) to make it look more appealing, but patty was nice. Service is excellent from all the staff in the hotel.

The Hotel and the Spa itself is very nice and comfortable. However, if you are looking for rest and relaxation unfortunately it was very noisy at night time. Just because there is a wedding on does not justify other guests being disturbed, which continued until 4:00 am in the morning.
L. M.Foyer and function suite were beautiful. Staff were also very nice. Our bedroom wasnt the best. The shower was of a very poor standard. I prefer a power shower rather than a trickle of water. We had 3 pillows on our double bed and we were disturbed during the night by the guests in the next room banging on the connecting door and shouting into our room. We were a guest at a family wedding and the the price we paid for the room definitely was not worth it.
A. M.Was up for wedding last week from Tyrone. The barman, Oscar, was an absolute delight. He kept us well entertained and made sure we were all comfortable. The other barman on duty was a pain, seemed completely disinterested and was very sharp with all of us. Glad Oscar was there to lighten the mood. Enjoyed the function room set up and the meal was average. Overall had a brilliant time loved the feel of the place.
m. k.Went here for a 2nd day wedding party. The hotel is lovely, but could do with a refresher of paint etc to make it look a little less tired. Was impressed with staff, all very pleasant and helpful. Our first room smelled of smoke, we were moved straight away, a very good services. The room the wedding was in , was laid out beautifully, there was table service in this room, breakfast room and lunch. It was very well done.

S. M.Just returned home from our daughter's wedding in Four Season Carlingford, and wow what an experience. Service, accomodation, food and kindness of all the staff was amazing. The expertise of their staff removed all stress from our day and we could enjoy the wedding as we knew we were in very capable hands. Our guests could not speak highly enough of their experience too. Many thanks for a superb day.

T. H.Went to lunch there today, my wife and her sister tried to order the cod open sandwich without the chilli sauce and broich bun but the chef would only prepare the dish exactly as menu. We were then left waiting for about half an hour before the dish was served. The chips presented were overcooked and looked that they were made from very small potatoes and resembled scrumps that are discarded in a normal chip fryer. And they tasted much like it. The restaurant was not busy so the cooks had adequate time to do a first class job. Very disappointed with a place that come recommended as a good venue. They need to improve!!

J. T.There are certain parameters for a 4star hotel. Although the furnishing part is excellent, rooms are xcellent, room cleaning was excellent, Receptionist in the day shift mery is professional,polite and soft spoken.
But ,
food isnt upto mark as it should be for four star hotels . when it comes to breakfast it's same thing every single day. Food is better in PJs restaurant.
Service - I requested the guy in night shift for a bottled water for my tea. It never came. there is impoliteness even during breakfast. There is no much interactions or making sure I need anything or is everything alright. Customer service is not upto mark as it should be for a 4 star hotel
Cleaning - the kettle wasn't clean. It was full of thick lime scale.
Laundry service -i used laundry service. It was done well. Regarding payment to laundry, the lady in night shift had no idea. How the payment works.
M. J.I highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons Carlingford. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. From check-in to booking the restaurant, was hassel free. They were extremely accommodating and probably the best customer service I have experienced in the hotel industry.
The Fluxe spa allowed for a such a relaxing experience with many touches to ensure relaxation is at the forefront.
The location is also perfect with the lake right across the road and the beautiful vibrant town a short walk away.
I'm so happy to have gone here as I definitely will be returning and will be recommending to many friends and family.
A.Lovely one night stay for a wedding. Food was fantastic, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
