J. K.Went in for a turkey and ham pre Christmas practise dinner, absolutely perfect. Staff very friendly and really liked the relaxed atmosphere of the dinning area. Would definitely recommend the seafood chowder starter, excellent π. Will go back and try more out π

We had a meal outdoors here. Staff were great and nothing was too much trouble.
Great selection on the menu with proper portion sizes all at great value. The kids menu had great choice and represented particularly good value. The food they received was on a par with the adult menu in terms of quality and our kids left here (as did ourselves) satisfied.
Pizza was lovely. Chicken Tikka wrap was great too.
Easy parking too.
Nothing to fault here at all.

D. C.The food truck serves up really good food at amazingly reasonable prices. Portions are big enough to share for people with moderate appetites. The steak sandwich is as close to a Philly I have had in Ireland. Loaded waffle fries are dangerously good - I don't want a calorie count! It is a great alternative to McDonalds. I hope outdoor seating is allowed as the weather gets warmer - it is a real bummer to have to each such good food in the car.
V. L.I stayed here for 2 nights as part of my summer holidays. Its a very comfortable hotel with good food. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well laid out and spacious. There was problem with WiFi however and even though I asked 3 times for a solution I was not able to avail of it. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would stay again, but just get the WiFi sorted!

H. N.This was our second trip to Farmers Kitchen to visit family and we weren't disappointed! The location is great (only about 15 minutes from the harbour, and 10 from the town). The rooms are clean, spacious and really comfortable. We contacted the hotel prior to our arrival, as our ferry arrived at 7am and check in is usually 2/3pm. The staff were really helpful and managed to arrange our room to be ready for our early arrival. One of our reasons for returning was the great breakfast selection - everything from a full Irish to fresh fish! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and even managed to source us a fan for the room. The bar also has the best Guinness we had on the whole trip (which included heading up to Dublin!). Can't recommend this place enough.

Our evening meal was in the bar/ restaurant, the food was very good but we felt a bit pressurised and rushed into ordering due to a large party arriving for food. No doubt we will return some time soon.

The only thing is improve is the choice of veg - it's just one scoop of mixed veg but I'd love to have some other options - root veg, creamed spinach, cauliflower cheese etc. Nice pint of smithwick's too and the cheesecake was epic!

T. W.In need of an update. Read great reviews and I would agree the staff and food were great but our visit was let down by the bedrooms.
To access the ground floor bedrooms you have to go up to the first floor (stairs) & back down, not very practical with a small infant. Though you could cut through the function room was not in use.
The bedroom was a good size, one small double, a single and we had a travelcot for our infant. The bathroom was dated, with broken fixtures and a fan and cistern that raised the noise level to new heights.
Noise from doors was disturbing at times and we found our room window left open (ground floor) after it had been cleaned, so not very secure.
Staff were helpful, service was prompt and the food was very good.

During our three week stay in Wexford, we ate there almost every afternoon or evening and the food or service was always top-notch ! Lisa, Anne, Dylan, Rachael always greeted us with a smile.
