M. C.Must be one of Ireland's best kept secrets, had lunch here today and the food and staff exceeded all prior expectations, the home made dessert's are worth traveling for alone. Ryan's Daughter will be my new stop off point while out on my travels ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
T. S.Absolutely amazing restaurant with the most charming owners. The food was great (we had the full Irish breakfast and a blt). I have but good things to say about this place. I must see in Thurles and all of Ireland. Best meal I have had on the island.
f. f.A remarkable experience, a day to remember. Lovely cafe/restaurant in Thurles. Located in a calm colourful spot. Great decoration outdoor and indoor. Staff are incredibly friendly and have a passion for making you feel welcome. A main course for a tenner is a bargain but, the real steal was how it tasted like a 50 euro meal. We had a lasagne and a cottage pie and it tasted sublime not a crumb was left. Service was quick and polite with an urgency to please the customer. Ingredients were fresh and juicy which made a side of vegetables really enjoyable. Fresh cakes for desert made the trip well worth it and I advise anyone local or far to visit Ryan's daughters. A reasonable 15 50 for main desert and a jug of water was well worth a visit. I shall be back
J. R.We were at the Cork v Dublin match in the summer and the food was so good that we said we had to come back. So we booked a B & B for the 28th and 29th November 2021. I love the old style look of the restaurant and the rooms. The food is so good and is like your mother used to make you when you were young! So healthy and it keeps you going all day. The deserts are delicious. Had an Omelette for breakfast and delicious porridge. Gary the owner is so nice and went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one. Looking forward to going back in the summer when Cork play Tipp! I want to book the attic room as it in in a cool place. Again to Gary and the cooks and the tireless lady who served us.... J. L.Ryan's daughter.....owned by the evervescent duo Gary and Geraldine Roche is an absolute gem of a restaurant in Thurles. Having being out of the country for many years it is a pleasure to go back to Gary's for food.
The food is home cooked and simply delicious. The menu caters for every palate and the staff (Susan) is just a sweetheart. The staff are adhering to all of the hospitality rules when it comes to Covid.....very safe in this restaurant.
I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. 10 stars . Jennifer Long

It is actually a nice place to go for just a cuppa tea or coffee and something. Their desserts are to die for, the nicest is the strawberry and rhubarb crumble with custard and cream.
They also cater for kids too and they have a high chair for the little one 😊

C. T.I stayed at Ryan's Daughter B&B for a night when I traveled to Thurles for a wedding in June 2019. The owners are nice as can be and the stay was very comfortable. The food is excellent -- proven by the locals frequenting the spot for lunch and dinner. They treat strangers like family members. It's close to everything in Thurles --an amazing town about an hour out from Dublin.

Desde que conocí este lugar no he dejado de venir. Los desayunos son fabulosos, todo es casero y la atención del personal es más que excelente. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y limpias. Thurles es un pueblo con mucho encanto y el mejor lugar para disfrutar de este maravilloso país, es sin duda, Ryan's Daughter. Además se encuentra situado en el mismo centro del pueblo por lo que lo hace aún más especial.
