After pretty much every jewellers in Galway city including the jewellers where my partner purchased me a silver chain said they couldn't add more links for add some similar chain to make it longer.
The team in claddagh jewellers looked after me and had my chain back to me in under a week for only 20€.
Very grateful and it'll be the only jewellers getting my business in the future.

I've wanted a Claddagh Ring for months now and finally made it to Europe on business. I stopped in here to finally get my ring and found they had a half size up but not my size. I was heading out to Prague but would be back to Dublin in 3 days. They told me by time I arrived back in Dublin my correct size ring would be waiting for me, only problem was I was going to arrive after hours. When I did come back into Dublin I met the guy at a local pub and received my perfectly fitting ring! I couldn't have been happier with their level of service. Everyone in the store worked to best serve me and make me feel like a priority. I could have had it shipped but really wanted that authentic feeling of going home with my ring on my finger. I will certainly be purchasing all my Irish inspired jewelry from this location without hesitation. They are an amazing business with a product that speaks for itself!

I purchased the "Gents Flat Scroll 14kt White Gold Claddagh Wedding Band" for my wedding band, recently. I had visited my jeweler and gotten my ring finger sized, including trying on sample ring sizers to confirm, before ordering. When the ring arrived, it looked incredible and was clearly of a high quality (as I expected), however it didn't fit. I had to struggle to get the ring off and it clearly was not going to be an acceptable wedding band. Claddagh's policy for this item is no returns, no exchanges and no resizing; I knew this before I purchased.
After getting in contact with Claddagh, I discovered that they are very accommodating and willing to do whatever they can to make things right. Ultimately, I have been able to resolve the issue with my ring. I found the responsive, personal and empathetic customer service to be extremely refreshing and really helped overcome the initial disappointment when I received the ring. I would certainly shop with Claddagh Jewelers again; the ring is beautiful, intricate and more refined than any other I've seen online. Thanks again, Claddagh!

My husband ordered me a claddaugh ring from them for my birthday and I could not be happier. I love the detail and you can tell it’s handmade. It is absolutely beautifully made. I did a DNA test and found out I’m 33% Irish so I’m really trying to learn about my heritage. This ring was part of my husband including that heritage in our lives. The service is wonderful and customer service is quick. The delivery was quick too. I received it within a week after ordering it. I was amazed. Thank you for your wonderful service! R. v.Bummer you can only give 5 stars. We had a necklace chain break and they immediately sent out another. Unfortunately that never made in the normal post. They sent another out registered post and it arrived safely. They didn't have to replace the chain as it broke in luggage travelling but they went above and beyond in my mind in customer service. I can't give enough praise.

After ordering a beautiful Silver birthstone ring from Claddagh for my girlfriend (anniversary); I found out I ordered the wrong size. I was told the box was damaged by the Dutch Postal service; but they wouldn't give me a refund. There seemed to be a diamond missing from the ring (which I presume happened during the shipment process). So I contacted Claddagh and the great people there (I believe I spoke to Maureen & Rachel) helped me ever so kindly.
Never have I ever encountered such patient and friendly customer service for a relevantly "affordable" consumer product. You see, the situation that followed was particularly crazy.
I sent back my ring with the Dutch national postal service "PostNL". They messed up big time. They actually LOST my package for weeks on an end (probably fell off a conveyor band or something). In the meantime I kept in contact with Maureen and Rachel to try to solve the mystery. Additionally, I opened an inquiry at the postal service.
My ring, which I spent a considerable amount of money on and which my girlfriend was missing dearly because she loved it so much.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and my doorbell rings. Suddenly there's my own package staring in my face. The postal service found it somewhere in a ditch and sent it back. It was in even worse condition than when I sent it out.
My warranty was long gone, so I feared the worst. However, luckily the amazing people at Claddagh; whom I had contact with for quite a while, took care of everything.
I resent back the ring (with insurance this time). And not only did the ring have all the stones; they actually sent me a new one with the correct size.
All in all, due to the horrible service of the national Dutch Postal service; it was the amazing customer care and great assurances of the team at Claddagh that made my girlfriend happy and therefore it made me happy.

Honestly, with the internet, you can get just about anything you wish, and with little effort, you can find a great deal, but in terms of service, the world wide web is a dark void. Claddagh, and the people who work there are second to NONE in terms of service. They go above and beyond to meet your needs, and there is NO pressure to buy. My wife and I are from Seattle Wa in the U.S., and wanted to replace our wedding bands while we were on vacation in Ireland, and we stopped in. They had beautiful options in every price range, and we decided on some very simple silver bands. The sales people treated us with so much kindness, and just made our day.
Two months later, I had lost mine. I inquired about receiving a replacement and within an hour, they had found a record of my style and size, and had sent me a replacement at a discounted price. Perhaps this is just the way things are done in Ireland, but I am not used to that sort of ease and service in the states.
Support this business. Their product is the best you can buy, reasonably priced, and the service, well, you already know how I feel about it!
