We first met Richard in 2016 when we were submitting our planning application. We are on a prominent site and had challenges in making our house sit in line with the surroundings. Richard produced a planting plan that was submitted with out planning application and ultimately was a great help in getting it passes. Moving on to 2021 when we engaged Richard and his team once more for their services. Richard listened to what we wanted, an area for a young family to enjoy as the children and garden matures, that would be reasonably low maintenance, makes most of our views and within our budget. Richard set to work and very quickly produced a few designs that got us thinking. Richard has the rare skill to both visualise and articulate whats on paper as to how the end product will look. His ideas got us both out of our comfort zone in terms of what we were initially looking for. But with Richard providing expert guidance and the forward looking vision he quickly put us at ease. Richard and his team set to work and within a few works had transformed a house in a field to a home that makes the very best of its surrounding environment. We are delighted with our garden area and have spent many a day or evening outside enjoying the space with family and friends. It is even future proofed for a hot-tub. We cannot say enough of Richard and his team and would highly recommend him from initial concept, construction and follow up care. Richard provides a very good service and is reasonably priced. We had an amazing pergola and outdoor glass area built by Richard and his team. He was even able to build it around an old Wisteria!. Highly recommended.
