The overall experience with Kevin was fantastic! He answered my call, and we agreed a time in between his next appointment. He talked me through the options, and I agreed that the lock needed to be replaced. Kevin professionally replaced the lock and left no mess. I've used Kevin's locksmith service twice over the past year and I'd have to say it was top grade. Both occasions were emergencies and he managed to fix both issues promptly and at short notice. He explains everything, shows where the problem is and what his solution (or possible solutions) is. I also found his fee to be VERY competitive given past experience in thsi market. All in all I found Kevin to be highly professional and, based on experience, I'd have no hesitation in recommending him.

I locked out myself for the second time in few years :D This time I called for local service from Terenure, locksmith came after half hour (it was after 7p.m. and I got him in the middle of the supper), he opened door in less than 5 minuts, price 80euro. Fast and professional. For comparison: the first time it happened to me, I chose one of those whole Dublin coverage locksmiths. Waited 1,5 hour, locksmith had no idea how to open the door, it took almost 50min(!) and cost 90 euro.

Although Kevin doesn't usually work with motorbikes, he said he likes a challenge and worked on the lock of my bike (I thought I would have to drill it out). He worked out the configuration of the lock and ended up making a key for it, saving me a ton of money. Highly recommended. He's friendly, punctual and on top of it all, it's not just a job; he's fascinated by locks.
