I have been to numerous chiropractors and physios but they were unable to resolve my problems. One session with Grace left me feeling 20 years younger. All issues sorted.

Massage that heals, I totally recommend it. I've had back pain for a few years now, after this massage I feel like I'm free. The masseuse is very helpful, and gives 110% to help you solve any problem you have. I will definitely go again if necessary and I leave my recommendation here

Nice lady professional physiotherapist cured my Unkle , this specialist high tranned .She cured my shulder,neck,arthritis pain ,so fast !😄feel like new man refresed,cured my chronic neck.and shoulder bad pain .i been afew times she cured my all body problem. I attended this clinic about two weeks ago for treatment to my shoulder. For about 8 years I have had trouble with a dropped shoulder from a bad fall in GAA. I was told by a Consultant that I would have to have an operation to fix it, and that in doing so I would lose 20% movement in my arm. I didn't fancy that so I went down the route of sports massage, chiropractors, spinologists etc. At this stage I have tried them all. Out of all of the different treatments I found this to be the best one that I have come. This lady knows exactly what muscles, ligaments, misalignments etc were causing the transfer pain issues. I was in agony while she was going through the treatment process. After any hour or so of treatment I got 90% motion range in my shoulder albeit it was stiff (it was about 50% before it) The transfer pain in my neck eased dramatically as well. Two weeks later and thankfully my shoulder's movement range is vastly improved. I am going back in next week for another treatment. The prices are expensive, but I suppose you get way you pay for. It's dramatically helped my issue.

I attended Grace for the first time today - I made an appointment as I had pain in my shoulders and upper back . Grace gave me a deep tissue massage and I left feeling so much relief. .- a weight lifted off my shoulders.. I will definitely go back as she gave me so much good advice on how to look after myself and I would like to hear and learn more about that and I owe myself a more relaxing massage next time. I suffer with migraines and went in for back pain, and must say one of the best sessions I have had in long time. The treatment was exceptionally top class and even discovered many ways to avoid the pain reoccurring. Such a wonderful and humble person. One session addressed multi issues that I was having and she went over the 1 hour I booked but she didn't rush anything and communicate at every step if the issue was going away , no many people willing to provide such an amazing service without keeping an eye on the time you booked . I cannot recommend grace enough, I went to her on Fri 22nd April 2022 in cronic pain in my neck and shoulder, such a lovely person, she did acupuncture and cupping on me and the relief I felt so quick was unbelievable, just back from a 2nd visit today Mon 25th and I feel like a new person, if you are suffering I would highly recommend you give her a call you will not be disappointed, thank you so much Grace I am pain free for the 1st time in months
