Went for a deep tissue massage in cloud 9 retreat was the absolute best hour of my entire life, absolutely amazing got rid of all my knots and inflamed muscles with ease. Was completely relaxed on cloud 9 as they say after the magnificent massage. All of the staff where very welcoming, helpful and genuine. The room was so cosy, warm and some what romantic perfect for a couples experience. It was hard not to start drifting off as the tranquil music soothed my ears and soul. Will 100% would recommend this sacred sanctuary to everyone to come visit and experience

After visit I've promised the girls to change my review, since they were absolutely fantastic. I'd like to say "thanks" for good service down, in the massage area. They are lovely, music is relaxing, although sometimes you can hear what's going on outside (in the pool). Once you pass the rude lad that picks up the phone, you will be positively surprised. ps.below is the original version of my rev. that i think people should be aware of. yet, like I've said, girls downstairs are absolute angels and I do recommend them. Absolute nightmare with audacious, rude staff. Called them today because my phone was showing just one week worth of appointments. First from 11 to 11.12 nobody bother to pick up the phone. Called 11.24 and incredibly cheeky guy picked it up. I told him I'd like to book the massage but I can't see more than a week ahead. He said I'm lying "that's not true because people book May this morning". Than I was told I can request a refund or book it on my own online, despite online information to call in case of problems. Than he hanged up on me.

My partner Pauline went for a treatment in Cloud nine in the hotel. She was greeted by Martin who was wonderful and explained all about the experience she had booked. Then she was placed in the hands of Kerri Ann (and what wonderful hands they were) who pauline had nothing but good things to say about the treatment she received. The package included head and body massage and reflexology. All in all a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place.

Myself and my daughter went for s full body massage yesterday. This was a present for me for Mother’s day from my daughter. She was asked when she booked over the phone to pay, which she did and was told the payment went through. When we arrived yesterday 12th of April 2019 @ 12, we were greeted by a young lady at the reception desk. She said hello asked for my daughters name and then proceeded, in front of me to say there was a problem with the payment. While she was looking at the pc in front of her she was handing me the client form to fill out. She held it up in the air, didn’t make eye contact and didn’t actually ask me to fill it out until she realised I was looking at her. An extremely unprofessional person with no customer service skills at all. When we were leaving my daughter tried to explain to this same girl that she wasn’t happy with the way she handled things but again was brushed off with a very insincere apology while she was holding another customer on a call. I cannot fault the massage by therapist Andrea it was amazing. And my daughter enjoyed her massage too. It was a nice day but a bad start and I don’t know if I would be in a hurry back to cloud 9.

We stayed at the Camden Court Hotel Last Week & used the spa here which was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so pleasant and really made us feel at home. My partner waited patiently in the lobby while I had a heavenly facial and was offered tea/coffee/newspaper and even a complimentary hand massage. Best hotel Spa yet... CK X

I had a deep tissue with Jenny on 5th April 2018. I've suffered with subacromial bursitis and brachial plexitis for years. Jenny was uniquely able to target the areas of maximum tension and even had a technique to access a stubborn knot in my subscapularis. Suffice to say, I WILL be back.
